ARS of Illinois Supports Girls on the Run 5k Event

ARS/Rescue Rooter of Illinois was thrilled to partner with Girls on the Run as one of the proud sponsors for the Squeez’d Girls on the Run 5k event in May of 2015. Over 7,500 girls participated in three local 5k events across the Chicagoland area. We are so proud to have had several employees who came out to volunteer for this remarkable event, many of whom ran alongside the girls and completed their very first 5k run! 

Sharon Estes, an employee at ARS/Rescue Rooter of Illinois said “We congratulate all the runners who worked so hard training for their big day, each one had a spectacular race! We believe many lives will be touched by this event as every girl who crossed the finish line celebrated with a sense of accomplishment and pride. We are so thankful to Girls on the Run for this chance to share their success and create so many joyful memories.”
