Our air conditioning unit had completely gone out in the middle of the Summer. I called AllGood for an estimate. They came out the same day, and gave a great quote (lower than Home Depot's). They were able to install 2 new units the very next day. They did a perfect job and was professional, courteous, and efficient. I would definitely hire them again!!! I recommend AllGood 100%

We contacted Allgood to address some issues we were having with our air conditioning units that were installed a little over a year ago! Both Michael Anusca and his assistant Richard were very professional in answering any questions we had and explaining the problem with the units. We will definitely request them for all our service calls and highly recommend them both!

Mauro and Hector did a great job. They arrived at 9 and left at 7. They worked the entire time. Neither had a dry piece of clothing when they left. Workmanship was first rate. They asked many questions before starting and during the install.

Alejandro, John and Geo did an exceptional job installing my two hvac units, they were professional, courteous. They made sure everything was installed properly and that we understood how to work or units. Called late Sunday night with a surprising available appointment window for Monday between 8-12 am. Brandon provided respectful and proficienct service offering options and proceeding to troubleshoot and detect the origination of the issue. His work was efficient and his demeanor made an unpleasant situation actually cheerful oddly enough. What an asset to their company!

After offering professional advice regarding my unsalvageable HVAC system, Andre swiftly ensured that HVAC professional Andrew arrived the same day to update and repair my system within 24 hours. He worked tirelessly to secure approval for a system I could afford, maintaining a strictly professional and honest approach.
As promised by Andrew, bilingual installers Pedro and Alex arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and had my new HVAC system running in just a few hours. Pedro and Alex removed the old HVAC system, which was over 20 years old (R22), and took care of everything else. Before leaving, Pedro thoroughly explained the services provided, equipment installation, and usage, ensuring I had all the resources I needed for my new HVAC system.

5 stars for Michael Anusca, the technician, was wonderful. The company gave him the wrong part and he made sure he could get it and fix the motor today. The company itself, 2 stars, sold a faulty product that requires fixing every 1-2 years. 3rd motor fixed out of 2 units in the last 3 years! The units were bought in 2019 and 2020.

Freddie was very thorough discussed the issue with myself as well as other techs to find the best solution to the issue we discussed every thing he would do then did what he said recommended needed items and has ordered and will return to install soon
