My technician Orlando made this visit a very welcoming one. I’m so elated that Orlando came to service my furnace. His customer service was Excellent. He has a lot of patience because, I had quite a few questions to ask him in reference to my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue that I was having where I could understand. If I were to have any more issues I would be sure to ask for Orlando to come out. Customer service is everything to me. Allgood you definitely have a great employee. Pedro and Alex were AMAZING!! They walked me through everything to keep everything working smoothly moving forward. Alex also showed me the steps to change the filter on the new furnace and gave me the 3 month time to change it out. Very thorough and nice gentlemen!!
