They arrived promptly and had the problem resolved with in an hour! This is the second time we used ARS for our problematic septic line, they cleared our main line quickly. I would definitely recommend 👍

ARS/Rescue Rooter is the best hands down. Mike did an excellent job very polite and professional. Explaining his work and detecting other potential issues. I'm having another issue with my basement flooding and he told me where to start troubleshooting. ARS/ Rescue Rooter are not out to beat unnoledgable customers like myself and some poor old lady or man. Thanks ARS!!!

The gentleman who came to my home (Jarret) was so polite and very helpful! Actually the whole experience was easy affordable and fast service. I had a backed up tub and my slumlord wouldn’t fix the problem (mind you I’m disabled had 2 liver transplant had to learn to walk again feeding tubes and have incisions that have to be kept very clean & I couldn’t shower for 3 days when my nurses came to help me etc etc) he didn’t care BUT ARS/rescue rooter DID!! Again I highly recommend these guys. The reason I told you the story is bc I was stuck in a very hard place bc I couldn’t care for myself like normal and I couldn’t get help any other way so when I called ARS they sent someone right out and were very affordable. I was getting quotes in the $350, $500-$600 range. Not ARS… I just want to say THANK YOU & I will never use anyway one else:)

Install went great. Same day service. Jace (the installer) was very knowledgeable and did a very neat job and cleaned up afterwards.
Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the price. It seemed kinda high, but needed hot water so I was between a rock and a hard place.

Our main drain was blocked. The technician asked several questions to determine what the problem was and then proceeded to solve the problem. He was very thorough in correcting the problem

The guys had a hard time with a clogged drain the first time they came out. But they didn't give up. Came right back the next day and got the sewer line to run smooth. Good job guys, now I know who to call next time. Good job and fair price.

My hot water tank had stopped working and was leaking. I contacted Rescue Rooter and they responded quickly and got my replacement tank installed quickly and the technician Jake was professional and pleasant to work with. I am very pleased and will work with Rescue Rooter when the need arises in the future!

Fantastic service!! I had a leaky pipe in base.ent and Ralph came out same day. I received a very reasonable quote and the work was done efficiently. Ralph was very courteous, great communication and the work he did was 2nd to none. Thank you Ralph and ARS Rescue Rooter! I will be using this company for all my future home improvement needs. Latest visit from ARS, Seth did an AMAZING JOB! New pipes and shut off valves look great. I used copper so I'll never have to worry about this area of water flow in my home again new wash tub fixture. Great job! Reasonablely priced. I highly recommend!! Thank you Seth and ARS.
