I Did not need any repair and the technician was honest and gave advice on how to improve my system. I appreciate the speed and honesty with which they responded. If I am ever in need of repair in the future I will be sure to go with them due to this experience.

I’m so happy to have finally found an honest and professional plumbing company. Jace and Mike did an awesome job. They went above and beyond all while explaining to me the details of the repairs. The work was completed quick and done right the first time. I’ve already discussed future install projects with them. I will be recommending them to my family and friends for any future work.

ADON, was the man who came to our house. Speaking from someone who was just ripped off by another plumbing company last month, I was hesitant for this experience to say the least. I flushed something down the toilet and it could have been BAD. Not only did this company make sure they came out within TWO HOURS, they couldn’t have sent a more TRUSTWORTHY person. I HIGHLY recommend this company and more importantly ADON to anyone. He even showed me the thing I flushed so I could see he found it. He could have EASILY not shown me and sold me into buying a new toilet or even worse!! He was efficient, personable, TRUSTWORTHY, and he cleaned up everything too!! THANK YOU ADON!!!

I'll be honest. Was upset about a hot water tank I'd just replaced having to be moved& hooked back up for them to complete the whole laundry drain replacement through basement floor. However the entire job was completed for the most part in one day. Also I'm very impressed with the way they redid water tank hookup. They did have to come back and install a brand new laundry tub for a couple hours the next morning. We are extremely excited to be getting caught up with our laundry!!

I called early Monday morning because my hot water tank had a leak. Michael Dicaro came out to give me an estimate right away. He told me he would try to get a tank in for me today. So, he was able to get a contractor, Sam Yeamen, to come and install my hot water tank. They were able to get my old tank out and the new one in before 4:30 pm the same time. I'm really pleased with the overall work that was done. I will definitely use this company again if I have a need.

Dispatch was efficient and service was scheduled quickly. Our tech, Sam Y., explained the problem well, fixed it and then explained what was done and next steps. He was friendly and very professional. He also made certain we weren’t overpaying by offering the company discounts that I hadn’t seen online. Overall a good experience. Nice have the lines running smoothly!

Everyone, from Kat who answered my call, to Cory the supervisor who promptly got a technician lined up, to Gerrit who did the work by unclogging my kitchen sink ... and beautifully cleaned up! ... polite, efficient, knowledgeable and quick. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and straightforward. However. The bait and switch between what the website offered vs what I paid is borderline predatory. Don't over a service for one price on line and not have an explanation for the specific situation it can be applied in. Further, the website said $79 dollars for the service I thought I need, was quoted 99 over the phone and paid somewhere way beyond that. The only reason the star count is at a four is the Technicians knowledge and desire to help.

We had such a good experience using Rescue Rooter for a slow draining sink. From the woman on the phone who was able to schedule me same day, to the plumber Xavier - everyone was kind and helpful. He was on time, super friendly, and was able to fix the sink! Price was reasonable and our sink is draining! I’d use them again and recommend to family and friends!

Sam-I-Am (Sam Yeamen) was very sweet and knowledgeable. He took the old and put in the new and improved water tank and now we have hot water again!! Literally took him less than the 2 hours I was thinking it would take. Finally found someone I trust to come into my home and do the job correctly. Calling him for any issues in the future! I only gave 4 stars, not because of him but because the price was higher than I was told over the phone through Lowes but no fault to Sam-I-Am.

Rescue Rooter got me scheduled immediately (Nick arrived less than an hour after I called) and communication with everyone from the scheduler to the service members was fantastic. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He snaked the drain and spent time making sure everything was clear. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Our tech, Sam, came out and got my sewer line cleared of all roots in minutes! Definitely helped save me 8+ hours of sucking water out of my basement! Will definitely use again!

Ken Theriot was a previous technician. I really appreciate his work and thoroughness to complete the job. Yesterday was a different technician. Thought job was complete after 6 1/2 hours. Needed to call back next day as the leak was not fixed.
