John was an excellent technician! As first-time homeowners, we were feeling overwhelmed, but he took the time to explain everything in a way we could easily understand. He was friendly, patient, and very professional throughout the entire visit. He was also incredibly kind and understanding with my autistic son, which meant so much to our family. We truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone. We would definitely request him again for any future issues!

Installers were nice and knowledgeable. Should not cost almost 3k for a water heater even when there is disconnect and disposal.
