Ricardo, Luis and Carlo could not have been a better or a closer knit team. They were polite, determined to do the best job possible in providing me with a new heater and a/c units. They worked long 12-14 hour days here at my home. Heaven alone knows how they carry out such long days working with heavy equipment in varying weather. Polite throughout the days and their work was a record to the firm to which they give their respect whilst earning their salaries. Ladies Patricia and Daisy were in constant telephone contact with messages as to worker's arrival or delay. Quite an amazing operation which, today, appears to be working fine. I had a/c operation on Wednesday 29th and put on low heat from 30th onwards through today, that may again change to a/c over the weekend. So systems appear to be working.
