Mr. Johnson was very efficient in his service call at my house. He was polite and respectful. This is the kind of experience that would continue our use of Conway services in the future. He was very knowledgeable of the units in my home and gave me confidence that my units will work flawlessly in the future. This was a very pleasant experience

Had my water heater replaced yesterday 11/13/25. Matt, Zach and Joe did a phenomenal job. Professional, courteous, respectful. Customer service at its best. These guys are people, persons. I have tan walls in a small hallway. They made sure not to damage or mar anything. Covered my floors in case. Each one of these fellas are 5 Stars. AAA pros. Ask for them by name. Job excellently done. Thanks Conway. PS: The salesman who came the day before, Scott is just as much 5 Star and AAA. Thanks guys.

Fall heating service check on 11/18/25 with Tommy Gann went great!!
Tommy was friendly, engaging, courteous & on-time. He did a thorough check & explained the benefits of an elite service agreement which I'll do in '26 during Spring AC check. Tommy was excellent, you can send him anytime. Been very pleased with service & info shared. Conway is my preferred service provider!
On 10/4/24, Leroy Taliaferro came out to do a Fall furnace check. Leroy was on-time, very courteous & very knowledgeable. He went through all his checks & tested my system for leaks. I would be more than comfortable having him return on any future needs. Not to mention, the Fall Special Service Check price was a bonus. I'm sure I'll be reaching out to you guys down the road. Thank You!
Brian Davis was my tech, he was absolutely superb! Attention to detail, explanation of all work as it was in progress & after completion. Thorough and knowledgeable. Highly professional manner included all while maintaining a very pleasant customer oriented attitude. For any future work, will request him!

Heating system maintenance
Technician “swapped scrubber wiring off board to transformer unit”—this is the type service I expect and appreciate: preventative—fixing small things before they become major issues! November 2025

High water pressure issues (leaking shower head, leaking bathroom faucet, and leaking water heater). House water pressure measured at 120-should be between 40 and 60. Conway’s tech installed pressure relief valve. June 2025

I LOVE THE WAY our appointment was set up for today Our tech Jonathan was very professional and explained everything to us. I was also very glad to speak with Faye. She has the kindest voice and you can hear that she loves her job. She called to let me know Jonathan was running ahead & he could come earlier if it was convenient to us. We will contact them again when we get a new upstairs heating unit. (12 month intrest free) So glad to be in the comfort club with Conway.

Update 2025: Mr. Eric L. was professional and informative. My furnace is old, true. However, Mr. Eric did not pressure me to feel as if I was about to be without heat if I did not get it replaced. He did inform me in detail the issues surrounding the blower, heat exchange, and other items that may be in need of repair, if I wasn’t ready to get it replaced. Mr. Tarqus H. came out to discuss quotes for full HVAC replacement or partial. I was comfortable telling him my concerns without feeling pressured to buy. These types of interactions make it easy to try to deal with the thought of the costs.
