This was my first time buying an air conditioner. I was nervous about such a big investment but I’m so glad I bought one. It is more comfortable in my home, and it increases the property value. I’m very thankful for Home Depot/GreenStar Home Services. Aaron made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took time to explain everything, helped me choose the right unit for my yard, and set me up with financing that fits my budget. Instead of paying everything upfront like other companies wanted, I got a higher-quality system, permits, inspection, and warranties that give me peace of mind for a reasonable monthly cost. Installation was also smooth and professional. Hugo worked hard, paid attention to every detail, and even helped me set up the app before leaving. This whole experience was easier than I expected, and I truly feel taken care of.

The guys spent a long time installing the Ductwork. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them for their work and professionalism. Thank you guys for a job well done. As soon as the small bit of drywall in the garage is repaired by Greenstar the job will be a Hugh improvement to my AC system!

Great service provided by Technician J. Grimble. He is very knowledgeable, he provided a clear explanation of the problem and fixed it the same day. Because of Mr. Grimble I would definitely use Greenstsr Right Time heating and air conditioning again. I rate Mr. Grimble my is above the standard 5 rating. Than you for repairing my air conditioning unit.

I had a problem on Labor Day, where the air conditioner was leaking above our bedroom closet. I called them and literally within one hour. They were at my door. Very professional with text messages updating arrival time with the driver. A completely professional first class service.

At first I was disappointed with the company sending an inexperienced tech to my home on a service call. I later called and got rescheduled due to the problem I had escalating. Jesus was awesome and I appreciate the transparency given with on the service call. Thank you 😊

Richard helped us get our AC back up and running. He was extremely thorough, and was also great at explaining what the problems were and why they were happening. I learned a lot from Richard about how my AC works. Highly recommend.

Lost a star due to making a late-night call for emergency after-hours service and nobody showed.
However, that said, the next morning they followed up and sent a tech before noon (on a Saturday, no less). Jelani was prompt, thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job. He 100% redeemed my faith in the company. I will be calling them first for any future maintenance and repairs. They earned my business.
I had called over 9 other companies. But these guys came got it done.

At first I wasn't happy, because I had am appointment for the day before and had to call the nest morning to get someone out to take a look at my AC.
Now when Hugo got here, and doing his thing it was great. He knew what he was doing and talking about. And took his time letting me know what was going on.

Greenstar provides the maintenance for my AC/Furnace appliances for many years now. Their technicians are well trained and always do a thorough work to make sure that the appliances remain in good condition performing reliably season after season. Most recently yesterday Carmelo Munoz did an excellent job of the scheduled annual service of our heater appliance. I recommend Greenstar Home Services/RighTime Home Services.
