Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS messages service may include your mobile phone number, name, home address, your wireless provider’s name, the date, time, and content of your messages and other information you provide to ARS as part of this service. ARS may use this information to contact you and provide services you request from ARS. Messaging and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. The maximum number of SMS messages per month will vary. If you have questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. You must have a compatible mobile device and wireless service to receive our SMS messages.
ARS may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to this webpage. You agree to review these SMS Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive ARS SMS messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
