After an abrupt furnace shutdown on a frigid Friday evening, I called Air Experts who sent a repair technician who worked on it until after 11 pm. Ultimately, it couldn’t be repaired and the system needed to be replaced. On Saturday morning, the Operations Manager worked with me to determine replacement brand, system capabilities, and best price. By noon on Monday I had a new furnace, and in March will have a new AC system also purchased from and installed by Air Experts. Their entire staff from phone customer service through installers were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

2/1/26 Sunday evening 6pm, 20 degrees outside, our Ac/Heating system stopped working, I called and asked if anyway possible someone could come and check out the system. Tech was there by 8:30 Pm same day, replaced blown fuse outside system working perfectly.Thank you very much for your help

I highly recommend Air Experts! With temps in the teens and a failing furnace, I reached out to Air Experts on Sunday evening. They were there an hour and a half ahead of the estimated time and had the furnace back up and running. Anthony was responsive, polite and professional.

This review is for the full replacement of the heating system (boiler for hot water base boards) and domestic hot water heater with a Navien combination system. First the price. It is not really a good idea to say much about the price as everyone's situation is different. Lets just say I'm happy with the price.
Michael O. and Paul did a great job with the install of the Navien. It is of-course smaller and after they removed the old boiler and hot water heater and cleaned up their supports, there is some extra room in the garage. Got'a love that!
My home is a Castle Harbor model. The kitchen sink is as far from the hot water heater as it can be. It takes forever for the hot water to get there. I think this is true of most homes in Holiday City but the Castle Harbor model is the widest and probably the worst when it comes to how long it takes for the water to get hot at the kitchen sink.
The solution proposed by George Andrejcik, is a recirculating system where from time to time the hot water goes down the hot water line and goes back via a return line to the Navien. I was a little confused as to the various settings in the Navien (mostly because of Navien calling the setting we settled on "Always On" when it is only seldom on). The install manager - Jay Robinson and lead tech - Pat Sullivan were very patient (with me and Navien tech support) and helpful in getting an understanding of the various options in the Navien.
The water in the kitchen is now warm or hot within a few seconds. It is a simple thing but I'm happy not to have to wait a half a minute or more for hot water!
