We had an overall great experience. The Air Expert professional technicians quickly diagnosed our air conditioner issues . Also, Anthony recommended various solutions which saved us money and I feel will improve our HVAC system for the future. Thank you for taking the time to do a great job. Others just would have done a half as job.

I recommend Air Experts. Alex and his crew were hardworking and pleasant. I had a mini split put in and most of the heads were on the opposite side of the main unit. It was a difficult installation. The following week I could not get the air and the fan to work. When I called about it, Alex and one of his crew came out that day to solve the problem. When they came over, the unit was working perfectly. I felt bad to have them come out, then Alex said, "no problem, call us for any issues." I appreciate that! Thank you Alex and his crew!

I strongly recommend Air Experts! After getting quotes from several companies, I’m so glad I went with them. Joseph F. came out and did an incredibly thorough walk-through—he even went into my crawlspace to check the furnace, ductwork, and overall conditions. He took the time to walk around the house, listen carefully to all of my concerns, and was extremely respectful and attentive.
Afterward, he sat down with me and presented everything in such a clear, professional way. The pricing was also far more affordable than other HVAC providers in the area, which made the decision even easier.
I was able to move forward quickly and had a brand-new furnace installed the very next day. Lenny and Lenton handled the installation, and they were just as impressive—professional, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful. They were thorough in their work and left everything clean when they finished.
I truly couldn’t recommend this company—and these individuals—more!

Had a tune up as a special promo from Lowes. Darian was a very friendly, polite, and courteous technician. Explained everything as he was working on the units. Pointed out the issues and what can be done to fix them. Great experience with Air Experts.

I contacted air experts to get my thermostat back online. They told me they had expert staff. As soon as the “Expert” walked in he informed me he was not sure he could help just by looking at the unit. He proceeded to do the same things I tried and after one minute he suggested a full factory reset. I initially agreed until he admitted that not only would the reset possibly fail to get back online, but the manual functionality could be lost as well. So I asked him to leave it alone and I paid the guy $143 for 3 minutes of nothing. However, when the office heard of the actions of the technician they quickly contacted me and apologized and refunded all but $39. They stand behind their company and their reputation.

Excellent service from Rich - prompt, friendly, respectful in making sure to wear shoe coverings & explain in easy to understand terms what he was doing & his findings. The gentleman who came to do a service check up on my air-conditioning was very professional, knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I learned a lot about the system. When he left, I realized last year they forgot to put a clamp. I quickly called and told him about the service tech the last time, forgetting to install a clamp and Although he was already on the road he came back to my house and he put a clamp on the pipe. Anyone I’ve spoken to at this company is very, very nice and polite.

You know when it’s time to replace your furnace it’s like 20 years old your gas bill is 400-500 each month I was a little skeptical to call Lowe’s thinking omg this is going to cost me I thought ohh well it’s only a quote the house was cold with the furnace running at full speed it was 20 years old probably running at 50% efficiency it would overheat so I would have to turn it off wait a few hours to cool down then restart at that point it’s was late Saturday afternoon so I called Lowe’s around 4 spoke with sales department took all my information told me a sales representative from air experts would be over in about 2 hours Joe the sales representative call me he was on his way when he arrived he went right to work checking everything the furnace the 25 year old hot water heater the ac coil the old side unit he took notes very pleasant man we sat in the dining room as he told me all about air experts the quality workmanship the full warranty’s of expert installation I thought omg this is going to cost a fortune he ran his numbers told me going with a complete install would be the best deal he could offer knowing how old my equipment was I thought yes I do need everything he came up with a number that I thought was high I told him Joe in order to get the job we need to do better he called his boss on speaker we all spoke freely we came up with the best price that was fair for both parties as for Lowe’s once the quote was firm Lowe’s credit approved the financing in minutes to pay interest free for 1-3 years the whole process from the time I met Joe was 2 hours Joe set up the insulation date within 2 days air experts insulation team was replacing the whole system including the hot water heater outside ac unit everything up to state / township code the whole process job was definitely beyond my expectations the installers were very professional precise with every detail of installation a well deserved tip for each was thankful so I’m going to get right to the point you can shop around looking for best prices wasting many hours but when you’re ready to have experts with great financing with the best installers in just a few days you know who to call great job to everyone at air experts my home feels like home again….victor Jackson New Jersey
