New air and heating units installed. The representative that came out was very knowledgeable and went over and above for us. The three tech’s that came to install were very respectful of our home, knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing as it was being done. Great company, great people, Great price !

Air Experts did an excellent job replacing my old Air Handler ( 45 Year Old YORK Air Handler) and my 23 Year Old Trane Condenser. George did a great job finding us 84 months zero financing with Lowes and was very professional. The installers were very professional and removed the old units, as well as cleaned up the area where the new units were being installed. There was an issue with the new Honeywell thermostat, BUT it was resolved professionally and promptly. We would do business with Air Experts again !

United failed inspection because it was draining in the crawl space. Todd came out, at no cost to me, and rerouted the pipes to drain outside and away from the home. Todd was very good and his job and super professional. Thank you air experts!!!

We called on a Sunday bec our AC was not working and were thrilled to find out that a technician could come out within a few hours. Alex did a great job diagnosing and explaining the problem, got the system working again, and cleaned up very well. Will be using Air Experts to do our maintenance going forward.

I was a little skeptical at first when the installers got here and informed me that they would have to cut out a couple of spots. All 3 guys were professional and did a great job. They cleaned up after they finished. I'll report back if I have any problems with the Ruud equipment that was installed.

Great experience, called 9:30am on a Saturday and the tech was here in less than 3 hours. Service fee and repair costs were very reasonable, Tech was very professional, and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing very clearly. We had Air Experts out today to fix our AC and we couldn’t haven been happier! Our technician was Eric and he was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I had been looking online for someone to call the day before when I noticed the issue and I’m so glad I called this company! Beat choice! I spoke with Lauren in the office and she couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I will definitely call them again if we have any more issues in the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know!
