Our heater stopped working this morning. I called Atlas & got an appt.for 10AM-2PM. Alejandro Ramirez arrived about 1:45. He determined that our aged thermostat had worn out & installed a new one. He was very professional & efficient. We’re happy.

They responded to an urgent call for fixing a thermostat malfunction and did a complimentary installation of a new thermostat. Very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Alberto, the service tech, was very knowledgeable, kind and humorous. He quickly found what was causing the issue with our nest thermostat and quickly fixed the problem. He took the time to uninstall a new nest that another tech had installed and reinstalled the old one to insure it was in fact not working. He then unistalled the old one and reinstalled the new one taking the time to explain and help us with the new app. Alberto is a great guy and represents the company well!

We had an amazing experience with Atlas Trillo. From start to finish, they were incredibly accommodating and did everything they could to fit our needs. They worked with us on pricing, were flexible with scheduling, and even managed to get our heating installed right before Christmas, honestly, the best Christmas present we could’ve asked for. Throughout the whole process, they showed us nothing but care and patience.
Stephen, the tech who handled our initial inspection, was fantastic. He had such a warm personality and was very easy to talk to, which immediately put us at ease. He took the time to walk us through our options and offered great solutions for our heating needs. One of the best techs I've worked with, hands down.
We also want to tip our hats to Richard, our comfort advisor, for giving us the confidence and trust to move forward with Atlas Trillo. He went through everything in detail, from the company’s A+ BBB rating to the 100% guarantees they offer, and made sure we felt fully informed. He made the entire decision process feel easy and reassuring.
A big shout-out as well to Ceasar and Alonia (I hope I spelled his name correctly), who installed our gas furnace. They did an excellent job walking us through the technical specs, explaining basic California inspection requirements, and guiding us step-by-step through the setup process with our Google Nest thermostat. Their attention to detail and willingness to explain everything made us feel confident and taken care of.
Overall, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and painless. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Atlas Trillo to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about its customers. With a lot of companies, it can feel like they’re just trying to push a sale, but that was never the case here. Atlas Trillo was honest, transparent, and genuinely wanted what was best for us.

Vince came and made an estimate of cost and materials for my new water heater. He was very professional and installed my new Bradford white water heater in a timely way. He did apply a discount. This is the third time I have used this company and have been very satisfied. Grace

I appreciated not only being able to pick a target block of time for service, and was delighted to then get updated shortly after that by an email containing a specific 30-minute time slot when I could expect the technicians to arrive!
William and Jason then arrived within that time slot, were very professional, courteous, and thorough in asking questions about what was happening, in order to diagnose and completely fix the issue. They also provided multiple potential backup plans (though not needed), in case the initial solution did not fully solve the issue.
I'm thrilled with the service we got from Atlas Trillo and will call them again as needed in the future!

Atlas Trillo installed my HVAC system. My city's permit inspection required the installation of a seismic automatic gas shutoff valve. Atlas Trillo came back and installed the device to allow the city to issue the permit. The installing technician George did the same outstanding work with this valve as he did with the original HVAC installation. He deserves a raise.

Alfonso was extremely thorough and patient with all my questions and walked us through the process. We had a main line master toilet clog and our toilet was not seated properly and the misalignment caused a leak in our garage onto our cars. Alfonso pinpointed the issues leading to the leak and was able to carefully get his heavy equipment upstairs 2 flights of stairs and without damaging anything. He also gave us live cam recordings of the sewage line and we found pine needles in the lower spouts of the line which he said if the issue recurs the could dig up concrete find the offending clogged pipe and replace and repair. I would recommend Alfonso and ARS they were very responsive and nice and didn’t nickel and dime us for parts like roter rooter quoted.
