Very accommodating to having to reschedule to due blizzard of 2026. Came home after 72 hours no power. System needed to be flushed they came out that day to due the tune up and take care of the light.

Had appt for 8-12, no heat. Tech arrived at 1150. Looked at it and called to have other tech take over job. He arrived at 130. Did tune up that we had already been done in October. Had it running and shortly after it started acting up again. On Friday we had new chimney sleeve installed hoping it would cure the problem. It did not. Called Saturday and they sent a different tech. Angel figured out the problem and it has had it running great so far. Thanks Angel.

Our service technician was very professional. He was very informative about our fairly new Lennox heating system. Dustin found an issue that the prior technicians couldn’t find and is hoping to resolve it. These new heating systems are getting very complicated and I’m glad Dustin is on their team! He’s the best!

tech came on time for my tune up checked everything. said all was good did not try to upsell me showed me how to prevent future problems with the burner due to my dogs hair getting ino them. was totally satisfied0.

They were fast and responsive. Our furnace was not turning on last night and the temps went down to 14° last night. The technician came first thing in the morning. Very grateful for the fast and courteous service. Would definitely recommend ARS!

We recently had three boilers replaced by ARS Rescue Rooter, and overall, the experience was very positive.
We signed the paperwork on Tuesday, and by Wednesday night all three units in our building had heat. That alone speaks volumes. The turnaround was fast, efficient, and well-coordinated.
The installation team—Mikey, Matt, Derek, and Rich was absolutely outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. The job was done cleanly, everything looked great, and the worksite was left spotless. They took the time to explain how the thermostats worked and made sure we felt comfortable before wrapping up. You could tell they cared about doing the job right.
Jeff, who served as our inspector/technician, was also excellent, thorough, clear, and professional throughout the process.
Now, full transparency: they are expensive. There’s no sugarcoating that. We may have paid a premium, and it’s fair to say they’re not the budget option. That said, what we got in return was speed, professionalism, quality workmanship, and peace of mind. The job was done quickly, done right, and done without cutting corners.
If you’re looking for the cheapest option, this may not be it. But if you want a professional team that shows up, communicates well, respects your property, and delivers results fast—ARS Rescue Rooter absolutely delivers.

Giving five stars because responded to emergency appointment very quickly. Heat wasn’t working and with extreme colds temps technician fixed the issue. Also very polite and curteous.
