Our technician was very good. Quickly diagnosed our issue, came back with needed parts for repair and squared us up in an hour and a half. Prices are reasonable.

We had a positive experience with ARS/Rob today. Rob gave me the heads up when he was on his way, checked the system downstairs and changed the filter. Also made sure everything was running smoothly upstairs. Always a positive experience, thanks again Rob and ARS!

I called ARS Rescue Rooter with an emergency Hot Water Heater issue. After speaking with one of their Plumbing Coordinators, within in an hour, I had a quote and a scheduled date for my Hot Water Heater Replacement. During the installation, the two service guys gave outstanding customer service. I am extremely satisfied with this company and I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Evan, who is a caring technician. He was very thorough at explaining the problems of my Condenser, Evaporator Coil (shown me photos he took) and Furnace, …& choices I could make….. I would like to have him over to do works in the future.

It is unfortunate that the Technician couldn’t fix my boiler. However, he was very courteous and polite. The boiler and water heater was on it’s last leg.

I’m very pleased with the service that I received today. The technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were working on. They replaced the ancient system that I had and they put a new one. Everything is working perfectly. They were very courteous. They assisted me in setting up the device on my phone. They answered all my questions with great satisfaction.
