I have two HVAC units that have a maintenance contract with Brothers. The service is awesome. The communication with the service team is great and I truly appreciate the attention to detail I received from Andres Samper. I’m pleased to know I can request him for my next service need. He really helped me with understanding more about my units and what I can do to be more energy efficient and reduce my energy usage. Thanks Andres.

Had a toilet replaced, Nathaniel did a great job considering i have subfloor damage(being replaced during upcoming remodel) they communicate very well and we're on time and ready to work. The only reason its not a five star rating is the price seemed a bit steep($750) a basic toilet costs $200 at most wich means the labor ran about $550 and hour give or take. With that said they did tell me the total price upfront.

Absolutely fantastic, although he did have to give me some bad news it was news that I was expecting and I feel like he was honest about it. Not to mention he was on time. I really kind of figured I'd have to wait a few hours for somebody to show up. But not him he was there at 8:00 on the dot and ready to work. It was very professional and explained in detail with pictures to support the evidence he shared.

I had a Brothers technician here on Saturday for our regular AC checkup. The lady that did the work was very professional. I asked her when she was done could I please get a copy of her notes as she recommended a part that we should replace with a price. She said she would send that to me that afternoon. I received nothing. I called on Sunday to ask for the same thing from the office and was told that they would send that information out same day. Nothing came. I called back today and the lady who took my call made notes and sent it off to somebody who was going to get me this information. This is on top of them cancelling two previous appointments. This company has gone down hill since Brothers got sold. Their techs are polite and professional, but if you ever have to deal with their office it's not a good experience.

Brothers Heating And Air-Conditioning has been my go to since 2017 and they installed the system complete and brand new. I have used them ever since for contract maintenance and I have never had a problem. Brothers has a team of outstanding technicians who understand gas furnaces, which is key for my particular unit.Thank you for so many years of trusted service.

Brothers Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing provides great, on time, professional service. The Brothers technician arrived at our home on time, was very knowledgeable as well as a nice person. He checked our upstairs HVAC unit, the Honeywell thermostat was showing an alert to replace the UV BULB. He installed a NEW UV BULB on our Upstairs Unit. We have a monthly service agreement, so, the service charge was discounted. I always recommend Brothers ! 👍👍👍
