Had a tankless water heater installed by them a little over a year ago. About a week ago, the condensation pump failed. It was not properly installed originally but was now outside of the one year labor warranty Brothers provided. Selvin was the tech who came out last week and he absolutely advocated for us. We got a new pump installed correctly and weren't charged a dime. Good customer service is one thing, but great customer service should be recognized. Yes, the pump should have been installed correctly the first time, but mistakes happen and I'm glad Brothers took ownership of theirs and made it right. Will definitely be using them again for future service.

Maddison was very knowledgeable and helpful and best of all showed up on time. Diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than an hour and even showed me some maintenance tips for another unit to prevent issues down the road. I would recommend him for advancement if that is what he would choose.

The service technian came out when he said he would and was very polite, and showed me clog.. and got it out ..thank you for your help..he can come back if i have anymore problems.. He didnt uncharge me like the last experience I had with brothes..he needs a raise

Always have a good experience with brothers! Benjamin was very informative and friendly. He took care of our issue with just a new minutes of diagnosing and we were back to having heat! 10/10 would recommend

Brothers kept me updated on arrival time and technician was here at time provided. He was quick, immediately explained what was wrong, action he was going to take to remedy the problem.
Have used Brothers for hot water heater and A/C and heating. They are an excellent company.
