Roy provided exceptional service going way above and beyond in diagnosing my sewer problem. I have an older home which can provide many challenges and Roy stuck with it to understand my unique sewer system issues and resolve. Thankyou Team and would not hesitate to use and recommend Brothers to others.

I’m giving this company 5 stars—but only so this review gets seen.
Homeowners, please do NOT use this company. They are not accountable for their actions. Their technicians broke my AC, and based on other reviews, I’m not the only one this has happened to.
I’ve provided video proof, followed up multiple times, and still no resolution. They don’t communicate, don’t follow up, and show no urgency—even with my family currently without AC. I’ve had to keep calling them just to get basic updates.
After speaking with a manager (Matt), it’s clear they do not prioritize customer concerns. I’m now considering filing a complaint with the BBB.
Please read the reviews before choosing this company. I wish I had.

Tech arrived on time, tested and inspected 2 units in 1 hrs. Informed me of 1 unit outside fan bearings starting to sound louder and to keep aware of it. Quoted a price for it and informed me of work to replace it. Well done

Our AC stopped blowing cold and we found this company thru Home Depot. They sent a technician within 2 hours and repairs were under $500. We’re pleased with the service

The 3 men who came to my house during my hot water heater leak were so professional and knowledgeable. They were able to explain what was happening in an easy way for me to understand and made me feel confident in my decision to not not take care of the initial issues but to upgrade my hot water heater and to put it outside to minimize the chances of a 4th leak.
The way they handled also connecting me with RestoPros to take care of the demolition and re-installation of the damages components was such a weight off of my shoulders.
And, my goodness, they were so polite and considerate of bringing dirt and their clothes and shoes into my house. They made sure to knock before entering my house even though I told them to come and go as they needed to. I especially liked the way they always said yes/no ma’am/sir. I appreciate manners!
I would definitely use them again should the need ever arise and would highly recommend them should anyone else have need of plumbing work.

Brothers Air, Heat & Plumbing came out same day to inspect a potential leaking pipe. Very satisfied. Bottra was on time, informative, and professional. He fixed another plumbers installation mistakes and helped identify other issues that could cause future problems. Thank you, Bottra!
