Andres Samper is a HVAC service Technician with Brothers Air, Heat & Plumbing. I have relied on Brothers for all of my service needs since moving to Matthews, NC. The main reason for this has to do with their service representatives. Andres is a prime example. First, he greeted me with a smile and removed his shoes before entering my home. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I explained that I'd been noticing more dust in my home recently. After he completed my HVAC maintenance service, he took the time to explain what he had found that may be the causing the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind in his interactions with me. I think Andres epitomizes what a business should look for when hiring its representatives. I will request that he be the assigned technician the next time I schedule a service call!

Bottra Kean was very nice. Came in & surveyed the work I wanted done, gave me an estimate which I approved, went right to work & finishe the job. He cleaned up the area, took the garbage & left. I am so impressed with this company , the cost of the job, & it’s employee. This is the first time I have used this company & will definitely keep them on speed dial.

My beginning experience did not go so well my appointment was scheduled for and confirmed for 8-9am then it was changed to 8-12pm due to a call out but the technician didn’t arrive till about 2:30pm I give the whole experience a 4 because the technician saved the experience he was great very professional knowledgeable and will to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied because of him I signed up for Elite plan and will only be using him on my unit I feel Brother Air needs to acknowledge his hard work and the fact that he saved a customer. Honestly he deserves a raise he is the only reason I stayed.

I really enjoy Brothers Air, Heat & Plumbing Customer Service. They are extremely helpful and responsive. Whenever there's special promotions, they contact me and make me aware. The technicians are professional. I will always be a customer as long as I am in Charlotte. I highly recommend this company.

Matthew P. was excellent. Professional, friendly, thorough and able to explain exactly what we needed. We went with a whole house air scrubber, looking forward to feeling the benefits!
**Updated 2025 after needing a major repair for a failed compressor. Benjamin H. is awesome, he showed me exactly what happened and explained it in a way that made sense. I wasn't thrilled about paying for a major repair, but I trust him to do the right thing and follow through on what he says he'll do. He got us back up and running same day, super nice guy and you can tell he's very efficient and competent!

Fosnel, came by to troubleshoot our Furnace. He was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to address the issue along with providing valuable suggestions. You can't go wrong with Brother's and if you get Fosnel, that's an added Bonus.
