Technician was very professional and friendly. They did find the root of the problem but I feel like they could of reduced the diagnostic fee due the problem not being major. It's always good to use the big company for diagnostic because they will tell nothing else but the real problem.

I had a heat emergency this morning, which turned out to be a problem with the humidifier. Brothers came out very quickly, assess the problem and took care of it.

My system failed about a year ago and I called several companies for bids. Three businesses responded and the first two were sales driven and "loose". Brothers performed first with design investigation, with mechanical investigation, and then confirmed size and condition of the installation. They provided an estimate that was much lower than the first and a little lower than the second but they also came with financing through Home Depot which was helpful. The difference between the old system and the new is night and day. Very happy with the installation and experience and I have recommended Brothers to several of my neighbors.
