Helped me connect with the advisor on plan for replacing the unit & kindly said spare the payment towards new one. Other companies cost arm and leg just for looking at the heater !!

The technicians are great: kind, considerate, compassionate, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I also had the pleasure of working with the technician supervisor due to some breathing issues that my new Carrier Heat Pump System was causing.
