Was having trouble with my gas furnace call ARS they can that very day diagonised the problem came Bach the next day fixed it. I set up a service agreement and the came and found another potential problem! The Townhouse I live he I heard several owners had to replace their units! The builders did not put in the best grade. So we decided to replace their units gas furnace and air conditioning unit! ARS have been upfront and honest with us dome the beginning and always prompt! I would highly recommend ARS to anybody needing service or replacement unit!

Your service man, don't remember name, finally got here; snow made it difficult! He connected the emergency heat option that was left unconnected at installation! I would think that would have been important during original installation! Was I going to just have to deal with it during extremely cold weather!? Apparently !

Thomas is just the best technician! He knows his job. Thomas did not mind answering all my questions about how he was making sure my unit stays in top performance mode.
He explained about the UV light that was replaced for warranty rules.
I did not have any real problems this day just questions. And so Thomas answered my 2 repeat questions with a smile, and patience.
I have liked this company for the past 13+ years since they put in my 1st HVAC system.
You will like them too!

Johnathan, was very pollite & professional. He answered all my questions. I will recommend ARS for all my HVAC problems. Johnathan when the extra mile by correcting a lock out issue and explaining why it happen. Johnathan did some up saleing by talking to me about a new compressor.
