Had new system put in October 28/2024. Today had yearly maintenance, everything was good.10/2025.
so happy they figured out what was wrong with system
John was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. He really took the stress out of this whole process

Tech Ahmed Abdalla Elreech was very friendly, detailed and knowlegeable when explaining the details of the pre-maintainence job along with pictures while explaining. We have used ARS since 2020 and Ahmed did the best job of all techs that have serviced our unit. Best cleaning job I've ever seen! Her kept smile and gave us great customer service ! We will request him in the future! Thank you

Jacob was courteous and very knowledgeable. I have had good past experience with ARS, but $600 to flush out a line that took less than an hour? He did test the heat to make sure it works and reset the thermostat for a total of 1.5 hrs labor. His service was excellent. Just wondering why it costs $600 to flush a line and repair the pipe in an hour.
Jonathan came out and fix his inspection and highlighted areas that were and/or could fail on my unit in the near future. Have me a few estimate on the parts that need to be worked on in order to prevent future problems. He was very professional about his explanation and was very personable and a good listener. I recommend this company.
ARS Rescue Router of Durham NC just installed a new AC/Heat system for us. It’s wonderful! Everyone from Aaron who speced the system for us to the installers who did all of the work were fantastic. We could not be happier to have worked with them. I recommend you call them for any heating/cooling needs you have. There great.

The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue. I called in the morning and the technician arrived soon after. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the part on the truck. My A/C was up and running in no time. Fantastic service.
