Your service man, don't remember name, finally got here; snow made it difficult! He connected the emergency heat option that was left unconnected at installation! I would think that would have been important during original installation! Was I going to just have to deal with it during extremely cold weather!? Apparently !

Great experience with the company and the professional Nicholas Kincer! Came out almost immediately to help when my heating went out days from a winter storm, had all the equipment needed to do the repair, explained everything clearly and made me feel very secure in the solution. Price seemed reasonable to me.Very grateful for the timely help and looking forward to working with Nick in the future.

New installment of our HVAC system the day before and the furnace quit working in the middle of the night. Johnathan came and figured it out right away but a part that was not replaced will have to be ordered so it may be Monday before it is fixed so our upstairs zone will get hot while our downstairs zone will work somewhat. The company will our us if not repaired within 24 hrs of our call for the first year. We will see!

Derrick Cooper was awesome. He's the most knowledgeable technician I've met at ARS. Having previous experience with ARS in SC and Wilmington, Derrick has restored my trust in ARS and I will contract with ARS for maintenance as a result.

Nick came out and diagnosed the issue and set us up for a part to be installed the next visit, unfortunately he was off and a different tech came and didn’t wire the system properly but nick came the second time out and got everything working.

Today I had the pleasure of having Jonathan come to my house and perform my annual heating maintenance on my 2 units and Jonathan was very polite and professional and let me know exactly what he did and what he checked on. We spoke about optional services and current promotions going on which was great to hear about. I’ve had Jonathan as my technician several times now and enjoy his integrity' when speaking about the visit.
