New hot water heater was installed quickly and professionally. Old water heater was hauled away, and the area was spotless following installation. The technician was very professional and provided full information on use and care going forward.

This was my first time using ARS Rescue Rooter so I wasn’t sure what to expect when they came out. I had friends telling me to be careful with companies trying to price gouge. That was not the case. Tony was awesome and did a great job. He explained everything to me step-by-step and showed me the camera video to see what exactly was going on. He did not try to pressure me into by paying for services and I couldn’t afford. 100% reasonable and great service. I am definitely going to be recommending them and using them again! 5⭐️ service!

I now have a go to Plumbing company! Matt came out, diagnosed the issue and handled it like a professional! I will definitely be using Ernies ARS/Rescue Rooter in the future!

All went well but they left out side water faucet on side of house. Which was not notice until 3 hrs later .high cost for water at house .

ARS's technician Daniel was great, communicated well, completed a challenging tankless water heater job diligently and cleaned up afterward nicely. He called in a good roofer to complete the venting work and the roofer was kind enough to check and seal all the other vents on the roof. Happy with ARS and Daniel in particular.

I think the plumber that came out to my house. Was really perfect for my job. Not only was he clean and neat, he was honest. He didn't try to sell me anything. And listen to what I Wanted, and then he told me what it would take to do that and if there was any additional parts that I was missing. And how much they would cost, they even said, if I think I can get them cheaper, I can go and buy them myself, that tells me that this company isn't only interested in the markup, they want to make sure that you're satisfied. I'll use them again in the future. Even though the prize, it wasn't necessarily what I wanted to pay, it was fair and accurate

Nick was fantastic! He knew exactly what the issue would be, explained very well to me and my kids, then executed his role flawlessly. He cleaned up his tools and the yard before he left! I highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter and Nick!

Sam Hernandez for ARS came out to give us a quote on water heaters and he did a great job! He was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. We talked about my needs and their options, all of which he explained in detail. The installation is coming this week and I am hopeful for the same experience with that process.
