All the time I have used Rescue Rooters. Today Mr Jonathan arrived to repair my leaking faucet. He is very professional, polite and helpful as well. He put all his equipment and effort to fix the problem and he solved it very quickly and nicely. I appreciate for your efforts Mr Jonathan. Thank you.

My kitchen sink was backed up and overflowing to my laundry room. When I called they were very professional and came within the hour. Carson, the tech explained everything in great detail and got to work. Carson was great at explaining what he found and didn't find. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy that I got my pipe leak problem solved thanks to Randy today. I was really impressed by Randy's professional attitude, who quickly fixed it and kindly answered my many questions. Was a great experience! They got someone out within a couple of hours for a stoppage. Regan was very nice and knowledgeable about everything. Was able to walk me through it and worked to make sure I got the best price, which was fair. Would definitely recommend!

Nickolas was great. He explained everything, gave me options, and hung in there for over 2 hours until the drain was unclogged. He also discovered the root cause of the issue that will need followed up on. The price for all of his time was also very reasonable.

From start to finish, the service was helpful, professional, and friendly. Justin was patient expeditious and flexible. Ricardo and Collins had a great attitude and were also very friendly. They tidied up the property after all their hard work was completed; repairing, minimizing, or erasing any of the damage. Rachel A made the permit process smooth and easy. Cherell definitely sent the right guys for the job. Rachel C and Evelyn also did a great job making sure the technicians were able to do the job without being rushed. Crista handled the payment process with no issues. Patricia did a great job resourcing the humans. Most importantly, none of this could have happened without Brad. He's pretty cool.

Marcus was here on Monday
to fix a cooling issue in one of the bedrooms. He was great, on time and very professional and explained what he did to help with the problem we needed more help to make the room more colder for our daughter who has eczema and Jason came by and he did great work. Hopefully our daughter will sleep more comfortably. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

We had a clogged toilet that was backing up into another toilet. Turns out both toilets were clogged with baby wipes. The technician Tony was nice and I felt comfortable with him walking me through every step. I would definitely recommend and will be calling them if we have any issues in the future.

My commode had started backing up so I started shopping around and I came across ARS Rescue Rooter. Benjamin from ARS came out and cleaned out my pipes and I also had him do the degreaser as well. He's very professional and courteous and I can't say enough about these guys and their rates were very reasonble. I will definitely be using them in the future for any needs that may come up thank you again...
I Love ARS these folks are honest and and very reassuring in the work they do. My tech Ben was awesome and upfront about what I needed. My stopper on my bathtub doesn't act quite right. He showed me what I need to do. I may want to replace that eventually. I will always use these guys for my plumbing needs Thumbs Down. Thank Yall so ARS is the best Plumbing service around. much.
