I was notified that someone would arrive between 8 a.m. and 12 noon. I called to find out who the person was and was told that Rodney would be the technician. I was also told that they will call when in route. Rodney called soon afterwards and arrived around 10:30. The job was replacing an older water heater with a new one. I have a walk out basement, which made it easier. Two hours later and the job was finished. They brought large tarps for the carpet and wore shoe protectors while in the house. Very happy with the service and how professional they were. I paid after the visit on a secure tablet. Simple and easy.

The repair man came on a Saturday to work on my heating system that was not working. He found out what the problem was and had to order part that will be here shortly so far I’m very pleased with their service. Thank you.

Omar was very honest and strate forward. He showed me everything that he was doing and made suggestions to help to keep my Heating, cooling unit up and running. He was very respectful while working at my home.

The installers did a great job. Address all questions or concerns during and after the installation. The installers did their due diligence to ensure the heat and AC worked properly before request sign off for the work. I have read other not so favorable post comments. Perhaps the company has taken the complaints to heart and stepping up to ensure the customers are satisfied with the use of their services.

The ARS crew was extremely professional while fully installing 2 complete split HVAC units (I.e., 3.5 ton & 2.5 ton) within 5hrs. They provided status along the way and importantly cleaned up when completed. A++++++++

ARS tech Joshua Hill came on time and diagnosed problem within 15 minutes. Also explained procedure to rectify problem. Very happy with Joshua for his kindness insight and superior knowledge of the HVAC unit.

The service provided was great! The cost of $19.95 for the maintenance was all I needed as was estimated. No over charges for anything!

Service technician was very helpful and respectful. Service could not be completed due to location of the unit in attic. We have had several service technicians come out over the years to service the unit. The unit was installed in our home in 2020 just before Covid And receives yearly maintenance service. At this time, the problem with the upstairs unit is unknown to me, pending a call to reschedule a New service Date and new technician.

Disappointed regarding the time
Supposed to show up between 12-4, instead at 5:30 , I have to call 3x to check if they are coming. This was reschedule atleast 2-3 ×.
Very dissatisfied the way you conduct your business. Your representative & technician are great. The schedule doesn't work well.
