On August 25,2025, Chuck and his co-worker(Will I believe is his name who is 64 yrs old) came to my townhome to install brand new central unit and gas furnace, because the house it came with is the original from 2006 😆. Below, you see how old and rusty Goodman brand from 2006.
ARS really took their time and made sure everything was installed properly and accurately. I enjoyed watching them until the end. I don’t mind welcoming ARS Rescue Rooter with same people. Thanks 🙏🏽 to you guys!

The technician was very prompt. Very nice person to talk with knew his equipment and was insightful. He reminded me of things the HVAC tech shared with me when he installed our system and help me to keep in mind what I need to be mindful of as far as maintenance. Very wonderful experience, and yes I would recommend them.

Bill is a great technician, he came out and re ran my drain line, installed a new condensate pump and EZ trap and provided excellent customer service! A true 5 star experience!

I had a wonderful experience with the proficiency, fast, and professional staff of ARS/RESCUE Rooter Laurel as they replace my old gas water heater with a new electric water heater. They explain each steps and what I needed to proformed for yearly maintenance.

This company stands behind its products and all of the technicians I’ve met are qualified and precise in their work. They remind me to have preseason checkups done on my heating and cooling systems, which they installed, to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, for an inexpensive price. They are amazing!!

I purchased and had installed a new hybrid heat pump hot water heater from ARS. Great job!!! They were very respectful and knowledgeable and did a great job at installing the hot water heater and upgrading the electrical system

They were very professional and fun to interact with.
They installed a new hot water heater and after installation showed me all the pertinent stuff to use/ maintain my new heater!

The team of employees from ARS of Laurel, William Moore, Brett Allender, and the Installers did an outstanding job of replacing my HVAC System. From the beginning , this company was willing to help me promptly and professionally. William Moore tried everything to repair my old HVAC system, but it was decided that I needed a new system. At that point, I met with Marketing Representative Brett Allender who was did a great job of presenting me with all my options in terms of a new HVAC system. I appreciated his honesty, fairness, and professionalism as he helped me select a new system. In addition, the Installers did an awesome job and were very informative at every step of the installation. Highly recommend ARS of Laurel!

Technician was great ,the timing from the office had requested that the technician will arrive between 8-12. He arrived at 3.15pm office did not have his number to contact him, VERY BAD COMMUNICATION HAD TO CALL SIX TIMES AND NO ONE COULD GIVE A TIME, my hole day was wasted

TJ was very professional and arrived early enough for me to enjoy the rest of my day! He provided a briefing that let me know all my systems were good. Thank you ARS!
One last thing, as I signed the brief I noticed a paragraph that stated that my home could be taken if my bill was not paid. I don't like that paragraph and felt threatened eventhough I have a prepaid service plan.

I just had our cooling system tuned with ARS and our technician Darrel Lea did a fantastic job! Darrel took the time to explain to me how the system operates, why it’s important to change air filters in a timely manner, and also laid out my options for any repairs that were needed. Thank you Darrel!!
