Greetings, I want to take the time to Thank the technician, Josh Hill, who came out to inspect my heating/air system. He was very polite and answered questions I did not think to ask. My appointment was for 2pm and they called to let me know they had an earlier time, thankfully I was available. Yall, Josh even work shoe covers. It doesn't get any better.

Joshua from ARS was FANTASTIC! He came to do my routine service check today and explained so much to me. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, polite and extremely helpful. He told me what to look out for with my furnace, and what I was more than likely going to need to do next winter. Also checked my AC. He found a glitch in my thermostat and requested a replacement for me since it’s under warranty. If I could pick my service tech each time, I would ALWAYS pick Joshua. Wonderful, professional young man. I recommend him 100%!

About 10 days after my Nest thermostat was repaired, the power went out again. I contacted ARS, and within an hour, technician John arrived promptly. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a blown fuse caused by multiple power outages overnight and replaced it right away.
He also took the time to clearly explain preventive measures and even connected me with the main office to resolve a billing concern to our mutual satisfaction.
With an upcoming trip next week, I truly appreciated the quick and thorough service. Professional, efficient, and very customer-focused—highly recommended.

ARS of Laurel had a tremendous response to a time-critical problem with my Aqua Therm HVAC unit. The phone call was handled very professionally by the staff and they dispatched a technician to my condo in less than two hours. The technician, John Crowe, was conscientious, competent and caring to ensure a quick fix. An end-to-end professional response that management should reward. :-)
