The service technician Mr. McDowell that checked our unit was extremely professional, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable of his job. He took the time to answer all of our questions and educated us on the system and proper maintenance. We recommend him for our continuous maintenance upkeep and would recommend this particular gentleman to any of our friends and family in the future. We appreciate ARS of Laurel for hiring a technician who cares about his job and the people he services and the company he represents.

We had a new water heater replaced by ARS and it was incredibly transparent and efficient from the initial quote to the installation. Very happy with this choice! (Old and new photos for comparison)
