I discovered that my hot water heater failed Tuesday morning. I like the purchase and professional install options offered at the big box hardware stores. That narrowed things down to two stores and two brands of water heaters. I got three estimates, two in person estimators and one over the phone. I selected ARS based on the Estimator, Alex's, professionalism, thoroughly answering all of my questions, and project price, including a discount for Veteran's! But wait, there's more! The install team, Rodney and T.J. were phenomenal! They contacted me to let me know they were available and were arriving earlier than scheduled, a plus! Rodney explained the install procedure, including notifying WSSC for the inspection. The install was completed very timely. Rodney went over the operation of the unit, the warning light, the water alarm, and the expansion tank. He recommended annually flushing the unit. He installed a CO detector, something I did not have in my utility closet with a gas furnace and water heater! Not to forget, a three year parts and labor warranty from ARS. Overall, I am very pleased! Once the price is forgotten, the quality and customer service is remembered!

I had Bill Moore out to my home to fix my heat. With my unit being 21 years old i know it needs to be replaced but luckily Bill was able to get it it up and running in no time! He also gave me other recommendations like getting tuneups regularly and that my unit does have to be replaced in the near future. Excellent customer service and easy to talk to will definitely recommend him to other family and friends

Mr. McDowell.came out to perform a PM on our HVAC System. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and passed to me just what was required to optimize system performance. His look-in was/is greatly appreciated.

Fixed a problem quickly under warranty. Repair tech is a superstar--came out on a cold Saturday night and resolved the issue perfectly. ARS is very responsive. No cost to us.

My experience today with ARS Technician Kevin was one of the most professional, knowledgeable and respectful encounter I’ve had in a very long time. Kevin took the time to explain my concerns in details which I could understand with no problem at all. I appreciate that sense of knowledge and patience he displayed without an attitude! Thanks to ARS for hiring such a professional personnel that care about the customer and obviously enjoy his job even on the first day of snow we gotten in the Prince George County area today!
My thanks to Kevin again for being such an enjoyable person to enter act with on such a Carzy cold and snowy day!

ARSRescue Rooter is the best. Put our new heat pump in, left no mess and the guys were very nice. Inspection went well also.

Bill is professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He thoroughly explained the situation that we're having with our heater, he helped us navigate so we could get the necessary part, and even helped us start our E-heat setting so we wouldn't have to go out and purchase a portable heater until ours is repaired. It was much appreciated amd very considerate of him. He didn't make any promises about the parts or when a tech would be out to fix the heater. He's most definitely an asset to your company.

We had HVAC system installed. Our salesman Frank did a great job of showing us our options. Techs Tito and Peyton showed up on time, were very courteous and respectful of our home. Peyton did a great job of explaining the Google home app for the thermostat.
