My experience with ARS of Laurel’s tech Ameer was professional and very knowledgeable. When he arrived he got straight to work. Ameer showed me images of everything he encountered while inspecting my system and explained each image and its issue(s) without rushing. Afterwards, he explained all of my options for repair and/or replacement.

ARS came out to install a water alarm in the air conditioning plenum. he was punctual and very personable explained to me how the unit was installed and how it worked he was very neat and clean with his workmanship and very pleasant I would love to see him again.

Had a great experience with our tech Josh today. He arrived on time and was very nice. In addition to the planned heat pump tune up, we also had a nest thermostat which installed for us. Great customer service.

I got a new hvac system I got installed and I initially had some issues with the unit, but Ars stood by their work and corrected the problem along with extending my warranty with them. I commend them for that

Very efficient and pleasant. The service technician was very nice and completed the job well. However, there was one serious issue. I had been scheduled for the day before he arrived.
On that day I did get a text stating that the technician would be late but we were still on the schedule. Nice, but then no one showed up. The next day he just showed up on our doorstep without notification. It's a good thing we were home.
I understand that delays occur, but we would like to know if and when someone is coming to the house. Not the best way to do business.
