Outstanding, professional, polite service from start to finish of my heating system installation. Mr.Frank Titz, the Comfort Advisor was highly knowledgable and professional during our initial meeting and agreement. The two HVAC installers, arrived on time, respected my home and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend ARS to other customers and will call on them again in the future.

I want to recognize AJ and John, who recently worked on my mini split. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what they were doing and why. They were patient with my concerns and made sure everything was addressed before leaving. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right did not go unnoticed.
I’ll be honest — I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue for last 3 years, which has been frustrating. Because of that, I’m still a bit hesitant. However, AJ and John gave me confidence that the problem was finally identified and properly fixed.
I’m hopeful this was the final repair and that things will run smoothly from here on out. They absolutely deserve recognition for their professionalism and hard work.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from ARS! On Super Bowl Sunday, when most people were celebrating and businesses were closed, Josh came out to help us with a system repair — and he did an absolutely fantastic job.
From the moment he arrived, Josh was professional, courteous, and truly committed to providing excellent customer service. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like that, especially on a holiday!
Thank you, ARS, and a special shout-out to Josh for exceptional service and dedication. Highly recommended!

The Technician arrived and did regular maintenance to keep the
furnance and heat working properly. It was a cold day and lots
of snow on the ground. Its still working properly. He checked
out some of the messages the thermostat was sending. The system proved to be working properly. I have a heat pump.

Eli (ARS service tech) did an outstanding job today! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and curtious. He addressed all of the systems issues and managed my expectations by telling me his limitations up front and then allowing me to speak directly to his manager. Eli's customer service was superb, especially in this day and time. He also took the time to explain the system and ensured that his work on the system was up to code.
It took ARS almost 2 weeks and 3 Service Techs to rectify my heating problem. Thanks to Eli, I now have heat. Brando, Eli's manager and Joshua, Resolution Rep were also helpful. Thanks to all of them. However, I am still waiting on the ARS managers to contact me to uphold their 24-hour service guarantee. They promised to return my call 24-48 hours yet I have not heard from them since my initial request Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2026 and several request thereafter, includibg a request today. Better communication is needed from the ARS managers and call center.

The technition and helper were friendly, polite and explained what they were doing along the way. They cleaned up the work areas and hauled the old unit away. Very satisfied with the installation.
