ARS is absolutely great. Tommy B. who came out to give me a quote was fantastic, professional and came across as genuinely concerned when I showed him the hot water heater and what was needed. When Tommy and the other two personnel came to do the install of the new heater with new tubing, they were fantastic. They showed up and were pros from the very start. The technicians came to perform HVAC system tune up (Heating and AC), were able to identify the overheating burned controller inside of the outdoor condenser unit, was told the coil not able to clean ( if agree proceed to clean will charge $771), suggesting entire HVAC replacement. *This burned controller replacement charged $470, later confirmed the AC cooling run again. Not sure the $charge is reasonable, but fixed the issue. Great service and excellent communication.
