After researching and reading reviews I picked ARS at Manassas, VA, because the Company is reputable, reliable, professional, and highly rated. They are diligent in their work, clean up after work, take great care and pay attention to details.
There was a mistake in the installation of Humidifier's Thermostat, which kept the Humidifier running continuously. I coordinated the issue with Ms. Courtney Blaydes, Quality Assurance Manager and Mr. Thomas Roberts, Comfort Specialist. They scheduled a Technician within 24 hours, and the Thermostat was re-installed the way it supposed to be and at ZERO COST TO ME.
The staff working for the Company are very professional, courteous, and responsive individuals. They understand the Customer needs, friendly and very knowledgeable in their area.
I am VERY HAPPY with the ARS customer relationship, courtesy and professionalism exhibited. I admire the Company that’s stands for quality work, reliability, customer care and standing behind the work done. It is all a matter of trust, and you can trust this Company. I would highly recommend this Company. This company exceeds the 5 stars rating!

Daniel (Plumbing Tech) was great!!! informative, patient and didn't fluff any number. Did my drain check quickly and gave me quotes for a new water heater as well.

We had the waste pump in the basement fail. I called ARS and scheduled a repairman the next morning. Nabil showed up promptly on time, gave me a fixed price estimate for a new pump and installation, and went straight to work. Within a few hours the pump was replaced, tested, and the pump chamber properly sealed. The area around the pulp chamber was spotless when he was done. 6 months ago I had ARS replace my HVAC system (first time I ever used them) and their work was first class. I will absolutely use them again!

Excellent experience. Had a fall system check for my HVAC. It was a Lowe's special. Couldn't beat the special pricing. They were courteous, gave me plenty of notice the day before and day of appointment. Technician was prompt, polite, and efficient. Did not try to upsell, but did make recommendations for to keep my unit running in good condition and future services to consider and when they are recommended to habe done. Highly recommend.

I met a guy named Mike at Lowe’s in Manassas. Mike was very pleasant and informative! If you ever need HVAC work done I highly recommend Mike! Sorry I never learned his last name, but he was great!

I think it’s way too expensive, but the tech really tried very hard to resolve the problem. I’m still waiting for the replacement part, so it’s not yet over that’s why I’m only giving it a 3. After so much trouble they finally ended up resolving my issue. It took 3 weeks , but it’s now done and they gave me a discount for all the trouble. So, now I’m giving them a 4 stars rating, just because it took too long. It could have been higher.

Been using ARS since I purchased home December 2008. Satisfied with them and won’t use any other company!!! Technician came to house today for prepaid maintenance inspection. Was a huge help!! The technicians name is Ryland. He couldn’t have been nicer! Was professional and helpful! It’s techs like Ryland that keep me with ARS!
