Couldn’t fix UV lamp
Suleman Gulsevgi was our technician and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciate how he covered his shoes before coming into our home. He took pictures and thoroughly explained the health of our unit and offered suggestions on how to best maintain the system.
Melvin was knowledgeable and personable. He talked through things as he waa doing them and showed me pictures of the items during the routine maintenance check.
Destiné was very efficient and thorough.
They installed a water heater through Lowes for me and did a great job! Very friendly and efficient.
Our Technician, Destine, was awesome. He was knowledgeable, personable, and very helpful. He taught us about our unit, filter replacement, and assured us everything checked out ok. We are pleased with the service and will use again.

Noticed that our older HVAC system was no longer working and called ARS for service. Within 2 hours a technician was here. Unfortunately the unit turned out to be beyond reasonable repair. Someone came that afternoon to explain our replacement options, we chose the one we thought best suited our situation, and it was installed the very next day. Amazingly prompt and courteous service!
Same day service; tech arrived during scheduled hours. Very good at explaining problem and options. Excellent overall communication; tech called when he was on the way; was up front about costs. Definitely would recommend.
Semi Annual maintenance on my HVAC systems. The service is free based on my systems they installed and the current warranties.
Extremely polite, very professional worked hard to get the job done was transparent about the information. Explained what he completed. I would hire him again. And recommend him.
The technician, Jose Renderos, was professional, sharp, and polite. He fixed our dishwasher's drainage perfectly, and the labor price was also reasonable.
I was told I would get a telephone call when the technician were in route.
But it didn't happen.
The technician arrived without notice.

Technician was very pleasant informative and will to explain and answer my many questions.
Imran Aslam is an excellent technician and an excellent representative of ARS Rescue Rooter. He is very knowledgeable about our Trane HVAC unit and air handling system for our home. He explained what he was doing and did not try to sell us something we had not need. He is the reason we will renew our service contract with ARS.
Good job done by technician and he was polite and friendly.
I would have preferred just to have the servicing done, but I assume your technicians are instructed to try to sell things to customers.
Some people like me, are not in a position to have additional work done at this time.
Destine was great! Worked diligently to get the tune up done and provided excellent suggestions for long term care.

My only complaint is your service windows are too long. YOU MUST give clients a 2 hour window instead of 4/5 hours. I’m tired of choosing 4/5 hour window and have the tech come at the VERY end of the window. It has happened multiple times.

This time around, my HVAC service technician was Ryland. He has been around for a previous service. The visit was short and simple, he assured me that my system is ready for winter. ARS, thank you retaining employees like Ryland, he’s reliable and professional at all times

Our technician was Roger Martin. He came within the stated time period. He seemed experienced and was polite. He answered any questions I had and took his time with his work. This was a routine annual maintenance service for our two units and we were happy with the result.
