Very pleased with Carrier systems over the last 20 years. The installer, Jed, was exceptional in every way from courtesy to workmanship. The reason this isn’t 5 stars is due to dispatch which had issues Saturday and today. Our sales person, Matt, was good.

OK. It is 5 days before Christmas. Saturday. My son, in the Air Force, is in from his station. We are experiencing high winds and hear a bang. Thinking it is outside, we investigate. Then we, per chance, go to the basement and it is flooding!!!! The water heater outlet has failed, broken, spewing water. Quickly we turn off the water. Whew! And begin cleanup. Water off. No water for Christmas and my son home anticipating a great Old Fashioned Christmas!?? Now. Who to call?!?? Not Ghostbusters. But Lowes. We go to pick out a water heater and learn of their installation service. "When is this gonna happen, i wonder?" ARS arrives within hours and opens a discussion on options. We run through many options. But I quickly understand that this person is a VERY knowledgeable, courteous, concerned engineer. We decide on taking them up on installing a water softener along with a new water heater (Wife and I had been discussing the water softener and budgeting it in anyways). The BIG SURPRISE!! He said they can do it tomorrow - A Sunday. The discussion results in a 15% savings from Lowes (Lowes Rewards - certainly participate) on the cost of the water heater. ARS bundles the 2 with a 25% discount. We get more than we expected on a BIG Discount. Faster than Superman!! And a YUGE upgrade while being rescued from a potential catastrophe. CHRISTMAS IS SAVED!!!!

Our appointment with ARS this morning was just Fabulous! Our technician was so knowledgeable! He helped us so much with understanding the NEST THERMOSTAT!
He explained everything to us slowly & carefully, I was able to take notes during that time! He went around and checked all the vents In every room of the house! Of course, he checked the heating and air conditioning system in the basement! . He was so thorough and explained everything that he was doing. He helped us understand the heating/air conditioning system. Good heat on both levels upstairs & downstairs is very important and he helped us with that as well! We just couldn't have asked for a better technician! I will certainly call ARS again if needed! I did not realize that ARS can take care of so many Appliances, and the workings Of so many things Around the house! !We bought Our Heating & Air conditioner from ARS just a few years ago and we are so very pleased with it! Today was just a checkup & so happy with everything! ARS IS THE VERY BEST! ❤️❤️

Antoine was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated him giving me the correct service fees and verifying that I was okay with proceeding before he started anything. He left the area he was working in cleaner than it was before he arrived.

Suleiman was great! He assessed my HVAC unit and went above and beyond in explaining how it works and showed me the inner workings of it. He gave some great tips for long term maintenance as well. Excellent customer service—very friendly and personable!

ARS provided excellent service today. I called for a heating check on one of my unit. My technician Roger M. arrived and check everything and got my heating unit working. My Technician Roger M. was thorough and he discussed everything he was doing, and provided insight on maintaining my unit. This was important for me. Mr. Roger renewed our service plan and we are back in business and warm too. We highly recommend ARS for future service. Thank you again ARS and Roger for a wonderful experience!

Marvin performed maintenance on several units at our house and diagnosed an Inductor problem which could have potentially shutdown our system in the cold winter. He properly analyzed each unit and provided diagnostics on the units that had questions. Very reliable and good maintenance check.
