Had the water shutoff valve replaced on 2 toilets. The ARS plumber explained what he would do, provided an estimate before working, did a professional, quick job, and left the work area neat & clean. Only downer is the price seemed a bit high, but then again, the cost of plumbing work from anyone usually shocks me

Dustin performed a heat pump semi annual inspection on my unit. He explained every step of the process during inspection. He showed things I can do myself between service calls to increase efficiency and lower electricity cost

Well…when you don’t know, you don’t know. About 2 months I was having an issue with my heat turning on. And today, it has been resolved.

We had a problem with our furnace that was newly installed in the summer of June 2025. During this year’s winter cold spell, it started to make peculiar rumbling/vibration noises. We made two inspection/repair calls to ARS.
I would like to commend ARS’s technician, Mr. Jose’ Rodriguez, who came to our home upon a second request. Although the first technician told us everything looked fine and was okay, the furnace continued to make the frightful rumbling noise every time it came on. We did not feel safe nor comfortable using the furnace for fear of it being faulty which we felt could potentially cause a house fire or explosion.
Mr. Jose’ R. arrived within the time window and worked diligently to find the causes of the rumbling noises. He found two problems and corrected both. Our furnace is running very smoothly and quietly now with many thanks to Mr. Jose’ R.
Mr. Jose’ R. was very patient; he listened to our concerns regarding the situation. He did not rush in and out. He was extremely thorough. He explained to us what was causing the rumbling. We were highly impressed by his extreme knowledge and professionalism in his field. He left our home giving us peace of mind and a sense of safety. His actions made it clear to us that he cared, took great pride in his work, stood by his work, and by his company.

We worked through Lowe’s to get set up with ARS. The installer who did my new hot water heater was amazing. Did a perfect job, pleasure to talk to, and even added on another job while on site for me. The price was way better than other plumbers in the area. Highly recommend them to everyone.

I had received multiple quotes for a hot water heater replacement. ARS was the most competitive, the most communicative, and the technicians that came out were knowledgeable and friendly. Service was 15-20 min repair. You for men were respectful and kind/patient. The lead was very knowledgeable and teaching the other along the way. Quick smooth service. However, I will add that you all should mot advertise 24hrs when you couldn't come out until the morning. 24hrs indicates service available and not just customer service. I will say its a bit misleading and Im very grateful it wasnt a bigger water situation and we caught it very early. The 4star is for thos reason. The plumbers were great!

Richard Nelson did a great job in diagnosing and determining the problem. What i liked best was that he offered several options to improve the system but never in a pushy way. On time, courteous and professional technician. Happy with your long-time service.

Tech started off being courteous and did a 360 when I declined all additional services that ARS suggested. I had to say 6 times I am not interested and he still insisted on lessening this service, giving this service free to make costs cheaper. Then to add insult to injury he had the nerve to say "you cant afford $$$". So now I am placed in a situation where I called the office to speak with management and still waiting. The tech had major attitude started slinging tools. Took only 5 min to do $480 quoted price job, closed unit up, did not ask for me to see job once completed. I requested to see and coil was not completely cleaned. Mind you tech is to do maintenance checkup, tube that was to be flushed was left open and diet, not done. Tech was on his way out door I asked about flushing. Upon checking outside unit, he only turned unit on/off. Did not use compressors and check freon. I stood at door and watched all.
