Had to repair part on AC as possibly power surge happening .Tech , Jason explained everything and showed me the pictures .
This was picked up on my routine maintenance check.

Called for an appointment because we wanted to inquire about a whole house water filter and was told they had availability that same day. After testing our water we decided on the whole house filter with reverse osmosis for the kitchen sink. When we asked how long was the wait to have it installed, we were told he had everything on the truck and would do the job today! We are very happy on the installation. All our questions were answered. We would definitely recommend them.

William arrived timely, inspected our system, and provided helpful tips and recommendations. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. We are 100% satisfied and will continue to use ARS for our plumbing and HVAC needs. It's always a great experience.

The service was good they found me a unit I can afford installed it in a reasonable time manner. But saying that. The unit was installed on December 24th. I still have no heat. I'm still in the same boat I was will you installed it. And there will be nobody out to fix it until December 29th. That is five more days that I have no heat and have to use the electric space heaters I have. And that is a very big strain on my electric bill. If I could be compensated in any way for those few days it would make me very happy. If not that's okay too. But I think it would be a very nice gesture. To be compensated somehow thank you very much Robert Riley. And that is the only complaint I have. And I would use your company again and would rear recommend it to a friend or family member again thank you Robert Riley

Our toilets stopped flushing on Christmas Eve. Yes, Christmas Eve and we were hosting a Christmas dinner! Talk about panic! Our handyman came and realized our lines were clogged and recommended we call ARS. I did and they could be here by noon. They were here when they said they would. Joshua was the tech and he deserves 5 stars! Turns out we had a broken water pipe due to roots. Joshua fixed it so that we could use the toilets and then he explained he'd need to come back to do the repair. He was polite and so very reassuring that he'd get our toil to work. The price was very reasonable considering it's a holiday and an emergency. I can't say enough good things about Joshua and the work he did. Oh and he cleaned up after himself too!

Carl was great! Very professional. Installed a surge protector on our outside unit to protect it from lightning strikes. I couldn't be happier with Carl and ARS. Would absolutely recommend!

Joseph was here to do the 6-month inspection on my HVAC system. He was very professional, informative and spent a considerable amount of time giving me information about my unit and answering all my questions.

Justin Elkins came to my home from ARS to do HVAC Maintenance. He actually was the person who helped install my new HVAC April 2024. Justin was prompt and professional. He was very knowledgeable about his trade. He did not try to push any service or repairs. I highly recommend Justin Elkins from ARS for HVAC service/maintenance.
