Very thorough, Explained and took pictures and sent to me. Wrote an estimate. Also advised to get an estimate for a new unit, HelloBecause of the price it would take to fix this unit that we have. He went beyond Cleaning, checking parts, and physically showing me what he was talking about, Way more than any other company we’ve used.
