I had an outside water leak fixed. The technician did a great job at repairing my plumbing problem. He made good suggestions on how to avoid the problem from reoccurring.

I had a great first time experience with ARS.My technician Sean was awesome!He was on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.His customer service was the best.ARS is very fortunate to have an employee like him.He should be recommended for a raise or promotion!

First technician gave me two options: repair the unit or replace it.
Lead processor was professional, installation technicians were on time and overall installation went well.

Easy to make an appointment, I did it initially via Lowe's website
ARS called me right away, it was so easy to schedule the appointment and they were able to come out the same day. Came when they said they would. Technician, Tyler Peplinski, was great. Very professional and friendly. Explained and showed us everything. Would have they come back to do work in our home again without a doubt. Love that they are a larger company that can get someone out to your home quickly. Based on my first experience, I would recommend the company, at least if you live in the North Myrtle/ Myrtle Beach area.

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with ARS, starting this past summer when we first reached out to have ductwork completed. Most recently, our AC went out after 6 p.m., and while we didn’t expect much that late, they had a technician at our home the same evening to diagnose the issue. Even more impressive, they were back early the next morning to check in on us. The level of service this company provides is truly unmatched. Rob, in particular, was personable, professional, and easy to work with. We’ll definitely continue trusting ARS for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Kyle changed my life today. My tub wouldn’t drain for weeks no matter what I did. I had different plumbers try to snake it. But it didn’t work. Then there was Kyle. He fixed what no one else could. He explained that the snake others tried to use were actually moving upwards and not getting to the deep deep clog. He was able to cut pipes and force a 100ft snake in the right direction. And be kind enough to help me relax and not charge some outrageous price that I was scared it was going to be. He was fair and decent and so kind. He fixed the problem. He said he never met a drain he couldn’t fix. He was soooo right. Thank you Kyle. My blood pressure also reduced as he solved the unsolvable. 🙏

ARS HVAC provides outstanding services! Jason Nestor was outstanding! Took the time to ensure my HVAC unit was running well and suggested the surge protector for the compressor. He was thorough with the installation as well as explaining what I should be aware of! Definitely made sure that I knew about the system!! I am very pleased with Jason’s service and will request him in the future!!

Complete HVAC system replaced plus thermostats. Beyond Excellent service from choosing a new system to installation. We were treated with respect and they worked as hard as they could with temp’s in my attic above 100 degrees. Removal of old system & installed new system in one day! Installed the very next day after meeting & choosing a system the day before. My hat is off to AJ, Bill, Charles & Gary! Highly recommend company because of them! A plus!

Good techs with knowledge of our system. They stepped up to resolve some issues under warranty and also looked through the house and advised us on things to do to help with sealing drafts.
Just had my bi-annual HVAC maintenance and I'm more than happy with the service and the tech who arrived. He was thorough and explained everything to me as I watched him work.
Another bi-annual visit and the tech was great. I had him replace a few items that didn't look that good but were still functioning. Pricing was reasonable and thw install was pretty quick.
