Jason G was very professional and knowledgeable in HVAC. He took the time to explain the remote for the split unit and how it works. Previously we were told to go onto You Tube for instructions. He also combed out the fins on the unit outside that previous installers left crushed and no air was getting through them. I would request him for future maintenance/repairs

Very professional technician named Tyler checked out our heat pump and told us what ARS needed to do to fix it. We are now waiting on another technician to bring the needed materials to fix it today. Thank you! Malcolm came to our house the same day and fixed our heat pump on a Sunday afternoon. Great job at good price and very professional. ARS are the best technicians in Horry county! Thank for restoring our AC!!!

Josh R. was our technician. He called when he was 40 minutes away & arrived promptly. He examined our unit, cleaned it and said that it was operating well. He told me that the unit doesn't have a heat pump which makes heating more expensive. I had no idea (my mother is the home owner), but that was good information to know!
Josh R. was friendly, polite & efficient. If we need HVAC services in the future, I'll definitely call this company.

Contracted ARS for a leak issue in a high-rise. Excellent scheduling experience, quick response, communication and most of all effective analysis and location of the leak in a setting with often hard to source setting. Offered creative solution. Josh was an excellent tech from beginning to end of the process.
