I’m always skeptical about sales people. I ask a lot of questions and I do my research. I’m still going over my options but so far everybody I’ve talked to and dealt with have been honest and patient with me. This is not a done deal yet but so far I’m pleased with today’s interactions. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Excellent customer service when I called to inquire and set up the appointment. Corey was the technician that promptly responded. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained the options available and explained them in detail. The most important thing is he did an excellent job of installing the new water heater and replacing the corroding plumbing. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing repairs.

I specifically asked for Josh to come out. He has fixed things for me before. He was terrific as always. He fixed the leak under my house and we found a new one. Both broken because of the hard freeze. He fixed that and made sure my hot water heater was working. I recommend ARS to anyone and especially Josh!

Very prompt, friendly and informative. Justin showed me pictures of water in the drain pan and explained the importance of having a second overflow alarm. He was very professional thanks Justin for doing such a good job.

Both technicians came out and replaced my old two piece unit and made all essential repairs and updates to code. They showed us how to use the smart thermostat that we have now and let us know about the fluorescent light that now goes inside our new unit upstairs to keep the mold out. We are very happy with our new HVAC system.

I give Carl (the technician) a 10. Carl and his work were very
professional. Enlightened me on information I should have been
given when unit was installed. Installed the surge protector
that should have been installed along with the unit. If surge protector
was not installed, that should have been my decision.
Whatever information is necessary to maintain a healthy unit, should
be give up front. I don't have money to keep paying for things that should I'm
have been included in the initial installation.
I wonder why my Duke surge protector was not sufficient?
