Derek arrived promptly & was remarkably thorough yet efficient. He not only demonstrated proficiency in all things HVAC, he also took the time to show & explain all of my HVAC system issues. He showed genuine concern for helping us achieve the best air quality for our home. I really appreciated his professionalism.

I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because although the maintenance service was fine I got a conflicting advice from this technician than I did from the previous technician. The last Tech recommended I get an Eco Smart Thermostat Premium but the technician today said it wasn’t compatible, wouldn’t be efficient with the HVAC system I have.

ARS has almost come when they are scheduled, always sent a professional who knows how to perform the task, and has always been respectful of our space and schedule.

My downstairs HVAC unit was blowing ambient air instead of air conditioned air. I called yesterday and ARS was able to schedule an 8 am appointment today. Derek Reyes was the technician who expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Now my AC works in time for a warm spring! Thank you Derek for your professionalism! Not every technician pays attention to wearing that footies when they come inside the house. Your attention to detail was appreciated!

Invoice received noted that tech
Replaced Filter Provided by Customer While On Site for Inspection...this is not true. No filter replaced because I didn't have one on hand.
Charge of $528 was to replace indoor and outdoor Capacitors. Not sure what the going cost is so it could be anything. I signed up for $29 inspection of system. Tech very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service.

Mr. Harka was a very knowledgeable and friendly service tech. He was very thorough with his inspection / tune up of our HVAC system. He didn’t try to over sell us stuff we didn’t need, he gave advice and recommendations on possible future issues and immediate issues that needed to get fixed. Over all great experience with Mr. Harka. The HVAC TUNE UP / Service inspection was a reasonable price, it was the services or issues that needed to be addressed that Mr. Harka pointed out that were A bit expensive for our budget that I’m sure I can find more comparable and or competitive rates possibly cheaper if I shop around. But I still wanted to give Mr. Harka a great review he was a great guy and a great professional at his craft.

Harka was assigned to my repair and was absolutely great. He answered any and all of my questions clearly but very detailed so I understood exactly what was happening and why, in a way I could understand. My problem was more complex involving two faults but he was able to isolate and troubleshoot them, and refused to make a diagnosis until he was 100% certain of the fault. He absolutely insisted on verifying the issue before ordering parts or incurring any cost. He even showed me how exactly he knew what’s was happening. Absolute joy to have met and worked with, I would recommend anyone request Harka for their technician.

It was a spring/summer maintenance. Harks was friendly. He checked my system. Refilled water that was need. Everything was fine.
