Derek was super friendly! He was thorough in his assessment of my HVAC system during the maintenance check, and clearly explained the areas of concern. Derek did not try to just sell me a quick, expensive solution but rather provided several options for me to consider, with no pressure.

Harka was very timely and professional. He came in, assessed what was wrong and gave us options that would best fit our problem. He fixed our broken thermostat within an hour. He's very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone needing any HVAC tech service.

I called this morning at 6 AM and was able to schedule someone to come out and take care of a leak this afternoon at 2:30 PM. The technician, Jordan Hughes, was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Start to finish, this was an excellent experience.
