Mike was super professional and down to earth! He went over all of our options as we needed a new unit and new duct work. He worked for several hours to get us the best deal possible. I am still waiting for the installation, but I thought I would leave a review. Will update afterward on the installation.

Derek came promptly within the scheduled time block. He was very professional and informative about ways to maintain my system outside of the scheduled maintenance. He was personable and respectful, announcing his presence and the steps he was taking throughout the service. I would add him to my preferred provider list if that is possible.

Derrick was amazing. He explained what was wrong with my HVAC unit and he saved me money because I told him that I can replace the capacitor myself. I would recommend ARS Rescue Rotor to anyone!

Bryce and Mac are outstanding Technicians!!! They are not only knowledgeable, but polite, respectful young men which builds trust. Our situation was horrible, our brand new unit went out and temperatures were in the high nineties! There was a lot of miscommunication on the end of ARS, but Steve (manager in the parts department) was most supportive and helpful. As bad as it has been to be out of our home for over one week, spending extra money for food and gas, good people help to make the worse situations better!

I am disappointed in the unit itself as I just purchased it in November and so far I’ve had both The air and the heat breakdown.

9/4/2025 Wm. Skiner just installed a bathroom toilet for me. He is so personable and accommodating. I just had surgery and was unable to help in anyway. He came downstairs with pictures to show what he had done. Thank you William and Ars for making this an easy process while I was needing to get this job done and over with.

Benjamin went above and beyond to explain the issues and the process of what he needed to do. I felt he understood my concerns with the installation timeline due to the temperature outside. Very honest and considerate. I appreciate his professionalism.
