We were visited by Jose Pinales today to determine the cause of our furnace not working. Jose was able to identify the likely problem from a short description of how the furnace was operating and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He did this professionally and without any of the sales hype that other large firms in town use. Jose is a true class act and a great representative for ARS.
