I'm a longtime customer of ARS and always will be, especially after today. My technician, Jose, was extremely thorough and personable and the price was reasonable. Long live ARS!

The sales guy was polite and explained everything in clear concise language. Appointment was made for the next day for install.
The installers were amazing. Less than 1 day to install the system.
We went from a mid 80’s Rhemer AC system to a Rhemer heat pump.

I was very happy with the man that was here. He was honest and showed me the problem. Told him I was going upstairs, and he said no please stay here for me to check and see what’s going on. He was a very nice man. We had a conversation about life in general. Very happy with this company!
They need to get cards with the repairman’s name. Forgot my guy’s name, but he was excellent!!!

I just had my installation today and I couldn’t be more pleased! Damon was very knowledgeable and pleasant during the estimate process and the work exceeded my expectations! The crew was very professional and efficient! I would highly recommend them!

I scheduled an appointment for a furnace tune-up and I was sent many reminders and was kept up to date with my appointment. I was notified with a call from Chris that the tech would be arriving within 30 mins. Kenny showed up within that time. He was very thorough and explained what was going on. During the inspection Kenny had informed me that I had a cracked heat exchange and the bearings on the motor shaft were going. Our furnace was quite old, and it did get "red tagged" . So I went ahead and scheduled a appointment for a furnace replacement that evening. Luke arrived around 8pm. Luke went through everything with us from different types of furnace options, financing and payment options. Luke was very knowledgeable. He was at our home for around 2 hrs or so. He didn't miss a beat. We purchased a new furnace and there was an opening for the next day. So glad for it's going to get cold again. I can't thank everyone enough for the prompt service and all their time. So grateful!

HVAC maintenance man was great but the customer service person on phone wasn’t trained properly the coupon I had was 69.00 and the way the way it read it was a system tune up furnace and a/c but when he came he explained it was either furnace or a/c not both but I wasn’t told that on phone and I just shredded a coupon up for a /c tune up only at 49.00 but I didn’t have that coupon best to verify what that coupon is for and if there are any hidden fees which in my case no extra fees but misunderstanding on what the coupon actually was for..

I just started the process with my free estimate and excited to say down payment. Luke P from ARS took me through the process, answered all my questions, was very thorough and helped me get the best unit and financing to meet my needs. Anyone looking for HVAC I would highly recommend Luke and ARS!!!

The technicians did an excellent job during the install, answering all my questions and a run thru on changing filters and running the HVAC system.

We were visited by Jose Pinales today to determine the cause of our furnace not working. Jose was able to identify the likely problem from a short description of how the furnace was operating and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He did this professionally and without any of the sales hype that other large firms in town use.
Jose is a true class act and a great representative for ARS.

Wasn’t sure if our furnace was working or not so Jose came out for a tune up … wait time was not long at all. He was super friendly, polite, educational, and quick to check everything out. Thanks so much!

Wonderful to work with. Came out the same day. Diagnosed the issue, went back to get needed parts and completed the job by noon. The tech, John, was great and knowledgeable.
