I can’t recommend ARS / Rescue Rooter enough. Five stars aren’t enough. When I called to schedule time for a furnace replacement estimate, I was able to get an appointment very quickly.
From Brian’s initial visit and the time taken to explain everything in detail to the ease of the install, I have been so impressed. It was particularly meaningful that Brian brought over space heaters the same day to prepare me for the colder weather as my furnace was continuing to act up.
I’m so glad I chose this business for my furnace and AC replacement. I feel very secure about the work that was done and any follow up, should it be needed.

This company is honest and were able to come right away . The workman was very nice and took the time to show me how to use my thermostat that is on WiFi. Very good company I will be calling them again.

Damon was wonderful. He explained everything to us, gave us 5 different estimates to choose from. Unfortunately the one I chose would not fit in our space and they upgraded us at no extra charge. The furnace is very powerful but extremely quiet. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

The maintenance guy did a great job! He was really nice, explained to me what he was doing, and the condition of my furnace. Price I thought was a little high, but I honestly do not know the costs of parts for furnaces. Overall he did a great job and my house is heated!

Able to come next day, efficient scheduling and communication on when tech would arrive.
Professional, friendly, knowledgeable tech.
Clear and concise explanation of what he was doing. Quote. Showed me readings and explained.
Resolved issue ahead of cold front coming.
Will def be returning customer for tuneups and maintenance.

Was worried about a noise my heater was making and the appointment was made quickly and the guy who came to repair Ty was quick, helpful and kind

We were in need of central air and when doing the initial quote found that the furnace was beginning to deteriorate and rust through the seams inside the heating unit. We ended up replacing the furnace, installing central air, and a heat pump. Overall very satisfied and will need to wait for summer to see how the A/C does.

I took advantage of one the special offers for HVAC servicing. So glad that I did because there was a safety issue. Rich allowed me to watch and explained what he saw. He even arranged for a sales person to come out same day and answered all of my questions respectfully.

From start to finish I cannot say enough good things about this company. Damon in sales understood our wants and was able to deliver at a very good price. Mike and Gloria in the office kept us up to date on our calls as did the technicians (Justin, Isaac, Seth and James) who were all very professional, willing to answer all of our questions and so meticulous in their work. I highly recommend this company. New furnace,a.c, humidifier, additional air filter and thermostat installed.

Got a coupon for an ac tune up and they were able to come out same day! Our AC was in need of some love.

Can’t say enough about the technician, Jose, who looked at my furnace today. He is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and took care to thoroughly walk me through all the details. Fantastic experience overall.
