The initial call to book was easy, the attendant friendly and helpful. The tech was on time, friendly and efficient. Made suggestions for system maintenance and repaired a failing component on our outside AC unit. The tech explained everything thoroughly and in detail. Quoted price was what was paid. The number one reason why we chose ARS was Their fast response time. Their reliability made me feel quite comfortable. Brian, Diamond explained the whole process quite well for us . Their install folks, Dan and Christian were very polite, conscientious, Very pleasant to work with.

I just want to start by saying the tech Michael that was sent to us sooner than expected was heaven sent!
I called as a last ditch effort to see if we could even afford to get our older (never serviced) ac unit fixed after it suddenly quit working a few days ago. They sent someone to our home almost immediately. Luckily our issue wasn't horribly expensive right now.
Michael was so friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and honestly deserves a raise. He fixed our issue within a matter of hours and now my sweet animals won't be so hot! Thank you so much!

All the technicians are very knowledgeable and know their job, but the people answering their phones to schedule an appointment have much to be desired. Extremely hard to understand.
