They came to my house and are able to tell me why am I furnace wouldn't turn on turns out it's 20 years old. Very professional and helped me get a new one.

Very prompt and down to business. The tech came in and did what he had to do when the problem was out of his hands, he helped getting us set up with another appointment to get us taken care of.

Tristan was remarkable as he found an affordable plan for my fixed income. He was very respectful and just plain friendly and customer focused. The installers were very experienced and customer friendly. The new furnace was put in and the area was left spotless. I highly recommend ARS for all your needs for furnace,etc. You are in great hands and with a very customer focused company.

Rich was so open and honest with the problems of my furnace. He was friendly and professional and customer focused. As a fellow veteran we exchanged thanks for each others service. I have to replace my furnace and no one wants to hear that but Rich was able to get the unit running for now and I thank God for him and ARS. They really care about their services and customers. I recommend this company for any service needed. I'm a senior citizen and veteran and a new widower a year now after 30 years of marriage . Very professional local Pittsburgh company that’s been in business for like 80 years. They really know whet they are doing and give you a whole year of free repairs in your new hvac system needs it. The crew was great and worked til late to finish the installation even though one of the crew members had to leave because they got hurt. The initial quote was higher than I expected and the company had a voucher from another customer who couldn’t use it that they transferred to me. I recommend buying& intalling a new hvac (furnace & a/c) before September 30 because price hike in oct-mar.

I used a coupon, that came in the mail, for HVAC tuneup. They came the same day I called for appointment! Very professional & courteous. Didn’t try to pressure me into signing a service contract. Will definitely call when I need future HVAC service or system.

Robert serviced a boiler. He seemed more experienced and better equipped and more thorough than other boiler tune up maintenance persons. He is also a pleasant gentleman.

Got my annual check on my furnace and the tech showed me that the heat exchanger was pretty rusted and since the furnace was 11 years old it probably was a good idea to replace it. Luke from customer service gave us a quote and we will have a new furnace tomorrow. Both men we very much appreciated.

Thank you for the fine service check up done on our furnace this week. Having the furnace checked every fall, and the air conditioner and furnace system checked each spring provides great peace of mind to us. First and foremost we know our system is safe to operate. We also know that the system is working efficiently. This provides optimal comfort in the house and lower energy bills. I appreciate that the office calls us ahead to give us the name of the service representative and when to expect them to arrive at our home. They are always in uniform and identify themselves by name. All of your representatives I have met over the years have been courteous and gladly answer any questions we may have about our system. We have come to expect excellence from your firm and Ty did not disappoint us, he did a great job checking and cleaning our system. Thank You.
