ARS company gave us the best price in the market. I called them after getting a quote from other company in tarentum and they showed me how the other company was trying to sell me a cheap furnace that wasn’t going to meet my needs. They quoted me in the correct furnace size and even beat the price of the other company. Everyone who I tell them how much they charged, they couldn’t believe me how affordable it was their price. Once they were installing it, they were able to answer all my questions and they even showed me where my old furnace heat exchanger had the crack. I will definitely recommend this company over anybody else out there

Furnace Tune-Up:
Kenneth (Ken) Smart, Technician, provided communication that was truly above and beyond customer service. He was excellent with his arrival time, clearly explained the process flow, thoroughly broke down the work performed, and provided a detailed recap of any problems, issues, and concerns—in grave detail.
Ken was also very courteous and respectful of my home. He wore shoe covers and took great care in and around the furnace area. Overall, an outstanding and highly professional experience.

The furnace died on New Years Day. I gathered a few quotes and met with Luke Parker, their sales rep, on Sunday. He was very thorough. It did not feel like he was trying to sell to me, but rather was concerned about making sure that I got the proper equipment for my home. His demeanor is the reason I signed with them.
The installation crew came by this morning. They were professional, friendly, and clean.
I am happy to say that my home is now warm and I comfortable.
I will be calling them the day my AC dies.

The technician was very knowledgeable when adjusting my Trane heat pump system settings. The "heat run time" was an issue and it was fixed. Also, other settings associated with my issue were correctly adjusted. I felt very confident with the services he performed and highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter as a Heating/AC company to consider.

The furnace went out on Monday and I found out last minute I needed a new furnace. I called ARS Tuesday and they had a new furnace installed by Wednesday afternoon Christmas Eve.

Yout installers arrived promptly, as promised. Sevren and Donald were both professional, courteous and thorough with the installation, and finished the job quicker than I had anticipated. BTW they were both also very nice guys.

Excellent service from the ease of scheduling, with notifications of the schedule window, to an unexpected but welcomed change to an earlier arrival time. Technician, Michael, proved knowledgeable and performed thorough service and explained the maintenance on the furnace. Highly recommend!

They arrived on time, even when it was snowing outside. They looked at my system even though they weren't the company that put in my HVAC system. They didn't try to push us to use them. The tech who came out was honest and friendly.

ARS came today to do a thorough check on our furnace. Jose really explained a lot and showed us what to watch for. He was a very good representative from ARS. We recommend them for your HVAC and heating maintenance.
They also have very pleasant people on the phone. We will go with them when we need a new furnace also!

Justin came for an urgent condenser removal to unblock other work. He and his partner came in frigid weather and snow to get the job done right.
Dustin was professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. It’s great to have a professional to call you can trust.
