Quotation mark. We had ARS scheduled to do our fall HVAC start up. During that service our exchange box was discovered to have a hole in it. NOT what we wanted to hear. But ARS to the rescue!!! With in a couple of hours they had their home comfrom consultant in our home. Tristan went over the options with myself and my wife. After discussing what we wanted to spend we elected to go with a new Rehm Furnace. Tristan even got the owner Adam involved in the conversation and with both of them we got a new furnace installed in less than 24 hours! The next day of installation both Dan and Jason the techs were prompt, detail orientated and made sure we understood our new purchase. Even when it was discovered that our high end thermostat was not compatible with the new furnace. ARS did not charge us a penny more. They got us the equivalent of what we had! In addition Adam the owner as well as his QC manager Mike stopped by during the installation to thank us for being valued customers and we truly appreciated that! We moved to Gibsonia from Albuquerque New Mexico. In my 56 years of being on this planet I don't' believe I have ever experienced this type of QUALITY SERVICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE! Back in New Mexico 3 weeks later I would still be waiting on someone to come take a look! The expense was not what we wanted but Adam and his team made our experience as painless as possible. I know being in the service business that everyone needs to make some money so they were fair in the marketplace. We would highly recommend ARS and their superior services and customer care for HVAC in the Pittsburgh PA area! Thanks again Adam and Team ARS Respectfully, Ted and Valerie Maes

Quotation mark. Got my annual check on my furnace and the tech showed me that the heat exchanger was pretty rusted and since the furnace was 11 years old it probably was a good idea to replace it. Luke from customer service gave us a quote and we will have a new furnace tomorrow. Both men we very much appreciated.
