Appt scheduled for 7/11/25 between 8am-12pm. I was told I would be notified when the technician was on his way. Jose P called promptly as promised and everything went smoothly. Jose is a very knowledgeable nice young man. He spent time explaining things to me that I was not aware of that can help me keep my furnace/AC running smoothly. He was honest, patient and personable. He did a thorough job. I was very impressed! Thank you.

Our technician was awsome he was straight to the point, professional and extremely knowledgeable, and he gave us the honest truth although it isn’t what we wanted to hear yet we knew we needed a new central air unit . We trust ARS and we’ll always contact them For any and all heating and cooling issues, it’s nice to know. there are still nice professional honest people in the world..

Luke Parker was very knowledgeable of his product.Very polite very conscientious.
Explained everything in great detail. The product seems to be very good. The warranty and everything else are very good. I can't wait till I get my new unit and Luke. When above and beyond and got me a window air conditioner. Because I'm older, a senior citizen and the heat was very much getting to me. So thank you so much, Luke. You're one in a million. The company is also one in a million.
