The plumber that helped me was Thomas Do, I had a very clogged up toilet where I tried to plunged it myself but I wasn’t getting anywhere. Thomas was able to see what was stuck in there and resolve the problem in a timely manner. So thank you to him. I would recommend Thomas for future issues.

I was having major problems with my bathroom sink, tried to fix/unclog it myself but water was still going down very slow and still was flowing in the sink. Thomas Do was able to check it out and get my sink fixed, and now it’s working perfectly. Thomas did a very exceptional job and was very communicative.

My roots definitely got rescued. My pipes were blocked and now they are not. It’s so nice having someone who knows their way around pipes after hours. Customer service by Kyle gets a 10/10! I highly recommend this service. The tip alone was worth it. Thanks RR! ⚒️

We had a leak at one of our bathroom faucets. We were quoted the cost to replace an entire faucet plus labor. We called Rescue Rooter for a 2nd opinion. Thomas came out and told us it was a simple part that was leaking. Replacement part was 20 dollars. Way less than replacing an entire faucet. Thanks!

I was given a time estimate of 45 min and thomas came right on time. He quickly diagnosed what I needed for repair and got everything done quickly and effectively. He was also very clean, wore covered shoes and laid out pads and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!

This company takes great care of my old house. I have used them for Almost 20 years and they are always very reasonably priced with a very high-quality of work. Two friendly plumbers came out to help us with our frequently clogged preschool toilet. They scoped the waste line out to the street and determined the problem wasn’t there. They advised us to pull the toilet or have them pull the toilet. We agreed and decided to do it ourselves. Prompt friendly service!

And then my tech arrived and I was more than pleased his customer service approach was Spot On Great guy with Great Customer Service. Earned my trust. And a Bid on the spot was absolutely amazing . Kyle helped with what we thought was a leak. Turned out the wax ring need led to be replaced on a toilet. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, he was able to acknowledge our concerns and walk us through a couple things that could be the issue and would tackle from the least invasive to most invasive. Felt great about the troubleshooting and education he provided.
