From the moment I first called them to when my tech arrived everything went as smoothly as possible. All the personnel were kind and professional but the star was the young man who had to do the work. Very personable and patient and got the job done with quick work and satisfied ending. The kitchen sink was completely clogged on Saturday afternoon. I left a message online, and they contacted me within five minutes and arrived within an hour. Devin spent over two hours fixing the problem. Excellent service!

The technician did a great job and the entire team had great communication. He was fair and honest. Our house is really old and he gave options to what we could do instead of trying to up charge. It was refreshing to have a contractor that was responsive, timely, honest, and did good quality work.

I had an excellent experience with Jordan Simpson from Rescue Rooter. We had been told we needed a 3-year service done on our lines, but Jordan was honest enough to let us know that wasn’t actually necessary. His integrity and transparency were refreshing.
Beyond correcting that misinformation, Jordan was incredibly helpful in providing guidance about upcoming maintenance we might want to consider. He offered new perspectives on how to think about our plumbing system as it ages, which was exactly the kind of practical advice we needed for our older home.
Jordan was professional in every way - courteous, respectful, and thorough. He even wore booties in our house without being asked, which we appreciated even though we’re dog-loving people who don’t mind a little mess. It’s those small touches that show real professionalism.
I wouldn’t hesitate to call Rescue Rooter again for any plumbing needs. We know we can count on them for excellent customer service, great communication throughout the process, and honest solutions to whatever plumbing issues we might face. It’s been a pleasure working with them, and Jordan in particular made a lasting positive impression.

Christmas Day catastrophe - sewage line backed up and flooded our home. Rescue rooster had someone out within the hour. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, and unclogged the pipe within an hour.
