Thank you very much, Phil was very prompt, was able to start the heater right away and explained to me what was wrong. He then went up on the roof and applied Henry's sealer around the new flashing that was installed during the unit installation to ensure a proper seal.

Miguel was our HVAC tech and was super helpful and friendly. He also was able to find major issues and took pictures of everything. It was during routine maintenance and thankfully was found before it could be disastrous. This company was a blessing and am thankful for their help.

The Technician that came to my house was Jesus A. he arrived within the hour of my call that was made after 5pm and they didn’t have an after hrs fee which I was thankful for. Jesus was professional he made sure he showed me the problem and explained everything so that I was comfortable to move on with repairs being a woman your sometimes skeptical of people not being honest so the extra time it took to show me repairs and damage meant so much to me. I am very pleased with this great company and the service they provide. I have shopped at Home Depot for years and trust them, so found RighTime HVAC services being offered through HD. Upon servicing the Furnace and AC unit this year I was told by the service technician that I may need a new furnace as mine was past its prime by a few years (22 years) and had severe corrosion. From the Service Technician Anthony, to the salesman/project manager JC, to the installers Jeremy and his assistant, I was very happy with the customer service they provided.
Their customer service has been second to none. They do clean professional work. The installer talked me into putting an automatic air scrubber to help keep us all healthy. He provided a tutorial from a iPad that convinced me to go ahead with it. I’m sure it will be a great system for years. Thank you!

The Employee “Jesús Andrade” from Right Time HVAC came to replace the motor for the heater on my HVAC unit. Proudly to say that Jesus Andrade did an awesome job. Adrian A came out a long way after some morning training and took a look at our water heater that just wasn’t delivering any hot water. He got the pilot light relit and then cycled the leak sensor off/on to close/(re)open the water line. It must have freaked out after some lack of use or recent power failure. We have hot water again. Pleasant and quick and still under warranty. A good day.

Jeremy, Steven, Oscar, and Daniel all did a fantastic job installing my new HVAC system. They made sure I understood the process and confirmed it was to my liking. I got an additional mini split that was installed perfectly. There are some mixed reviews about heat pumps, but I like it so far.

I'm going out of my way to give RighTime the 5-star review it deserves. They replaced our HVAC system a year ago and we asked them to do a tune-up this week. It's so rare to find a company that goes above and beyond. All techs and phone agents have been professional, efficient and very timely and responsive to our needs or requests. Our tech today was Myshera who was very knowledgeable and informative and professional. I've had this same positive experience with all of their staff. It's such a pleasure to work with a company who is on time and gets the job done so efficiently! Highly recommend this company!

Doran was great and addressed all the issues I had during the service call. As for the general response to get this and a Warrenty issue followed up by your office, I'd maybe give you a 1. Took 5 reschedules for service, and I 5 calls for addressing the Warrenty issue I had, and it only got solved because Doran was called. He was unaware of that issue until I asked him.
