Outstanding service from Miguel and Paul!
Right Time Home Services sent out Miguel and Paul to repair a critical component of our AC system. Miguel was especially impressive—he was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He walked us through the entire process, checked the system carefully, and made sure we understood what was being done. Both technicians were professional and efficient, and we’re truly grateful for their help. Highly recommend their service!

Jesus Daniel Andrade is an amazingly competant service technician. I have a yearly contract with Righttime Riverside. He has been who Righttime Riverside sends to my home several times for AC & Hvac maintenance and repairs. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness and his kind manor that he exemplifies every time he comes.

Brandon is very nice, respectful, on time, knowledgeable, finished in a timely manner and unlike most businesses these days he actually fixed the issues and had also made us aware of future issues that may arise from our old ac. We recommend them to all.

My overall experience was great! Shout out to Domenick and Brandon for taking care of us! Ac went out, Brandon did the initial attempt at repairs and saving the system, but ultimately my AC was shot. They hooked me up as soon as possible with someone (the same day after the 2nd time my ac went out) and Domenick came through. Gave me great options, super understanding, wasn't trying to charge me for shenanigans, and overall a great guy. Had a great experience with these two individuals and our installers were great too (Jaime and Oscar)!

Right time crew arrived on time for the service, Tyler and Ron were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were going to do. After they finished, they cleaned up the mess, highly recommend to all.

I requested an estimate for repairs to my HVAC unit. RighTime scheduled a time for the next day. Manuel Avalos was very friendly and comprehensive in his inspection. He took photos and explained what was needed. He also had me schedule an appointment for a system installation for the same day. I appreciated the time he to explain the process. I would highly recommend them.

Manuel Ávalos from Right Time AC Repair came to our residence to fix our Air Conditioner. We thought it was going to have to be replaced, but after Manuel’s inspection he found multiple issues in the furnace area. He cleaned out the gunk that was clogging the furnace and then he checked on the compressor outside. It needed cleaning out, but that process takes time and he had already been at our residence for multiple hours cleaning out the furnace so he called his co-worker to work on it tomorrow since it was past 5 pm. Manuel was very thorough and precise. There was a LOT to clean out and he kept on cleaning it until all the gunk was gone! I appreciate his work ethic and for not giving up after seeing how difficult this job was. He was determined and relentless in his good work! We were so happy to be able to sleep comfortably last night with the AC working!!

Top-Notch Service from Abraham!
I had a leak on one of the water lines connected to my water heater, and Abraham from Right Time Home Services did an outstanding job fixing it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—he quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly before getting to work.
What really impressed me was his attention to detail. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also left the area spotless. He even vacuumed out the excess water that had collected in the water heater’s drip tray, which I didn’t expect but really appreciated.
Abraham went above and beyond. If you’re looking for reliable and thorough service, I highly recommend him and Right Time Home Services!

The two gentlemen I had dealings with (Isaiah and JC) were awesome. Respectful, friendly and most importantly trustworthy. I felt they were telling me the real story regarding my system rather than feeding me a sales pitch.

My service tech was great ! He really was trying to hunt down the problem that I was having. He got our AC back an running and was able to succeed on getting the job completed. I really appreciate the customer service my tech gave me and towards the job at hand !! Very professional great guy , David was the name of my service tech ! Fantastic service! My HVAC fried and it’s was 108F or more! They drove hours just to help me and worked tirelessly in the heat.
Day 1
Brandon the HVAC technician was able to diagnose my HVAC system help me to understand what was wrong with it with pictures clearly. Giving me some options and I chose to replace the unit. Brandon was helpful, informative and professional.
Day 2
Dominick the HVAC Project manager an US Army Veteran with decades of experience was friendly, informative and was able to put together affordable options for replacement. He was considerate and just wanted to help the best way he could. I knew I could trust every word he said. Thanks to him I felt like I made the right choice. Even made a new gaming buddy!
Day 3
Jeremy and Daniel the HVAC installation/replacement technicians were straight to the point and wanted to work. Jeremy helped me understand my new system thoroughly and I was able to enjoy my new HVAC immediately within maybe 3-4 hours. Even went out of his way to replace some of my circuit breakers when he noticed some errors!
I would definitely recommend this company! I was treated kindly by everyone from picking up the phone to enjoying an ice tea with the team members that came to my home. I hope I was as hospitable as I could be given the circumstances. Thank you!

Great service and done with expediency! Jeremy and Daniel really did awesome with the install. They had to do a full AC install and were done quickly! I really appreciate their customer service and explaining our new system to us. I appreciate Mario as well for getting us started with the whole process and Jason for taking the time to explain our options. Thank you team for the lovely service in a stressful and HOT time!

I had an appointment time window of 8-12 and I was not contacted and I was not able to be home to meet with the technician, I did not receive a call about them being late and had to leave for another appointment. I was given a 4 hour window and did not get call about the status of my appointment.
