Guys did a thorough study of the problem from every angle. Couldn't fix it today as they needed to order a part. Lent me 2 space heaters in the mean time to me by which is much appreciated.

Mario Sosa was absolutely fantastic. He came out to check on our units after they stopped working overnight and was extremely diligent from start to finish. He quickly identified the issue, found a leak, and fixed it efficiently.
What really stood out was how thorough and helpful he was—he documented everything clearly for the next technician, explained after-care for the units, and went above and beyond by walking us through how to properly maintain them before scheduling a full deep clean.
Mario tested every unit and made sure they were all running smoothly before leaving. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail gave us a lot of peace of mind. Highly recommend Mario and Right Time Home Services!

I recently had RighTime Home Services come out to my home for a service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and care shown by their technician Manuel Avalos. He was punctual, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable about everything he was working on. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my system, explain what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions.
Overall, the experience was great.

The tech arrived today for a maintenance check. Everything went well. No issues with the furnace. As of right now everything seems good. The tech provided good information , thanks Fernando. This maintenance check up was free,because I have the protection plan . You get two free check ups per year.

Isaac is very professional & respectful. Great job on the inspection and explaining the status of my system and what my options were. He also cleaned up what other technicians in the past left behind in my attic.

RighTime at my home on 12/4/25 to clean blower wheel and seal the outdoor ducting on & around the HVAC unit on roof. Fernando was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough job, explained his findings, & sent me pictures of the completed work. He took the time to answer all of my questions.
RighTime here again on 10/29 for routine HVAC maintenance. As usual, their technician Christian did a good job - thorough, professional, polite, always willing to answer any questions we may have.

Prior service:
Had an unusual situation of stray cat in attic. We didn't know how it got in & thought it might have been through ducting when wasHVAC removed from roof for reroofing project. We were worried cat may have clawed hole in ducting. RighTime did a thorough check of internal ducting & checked areas of possible entry on the roof. Professional, timely, friendly service.
