I met Cesar at Home Depot and he was genuinely nice. Usually, I do not spend time with contractors, but we just started talking and decided on meeting with a Rep. He planted the seed! A neighbor just had their 23-year-old condenser go down, and since ours was about the same age decided to check out our options. We were visited by Jonathan, who was very professional, open, and displayed a high degree of respect. We reviewed what we have currently and looked at all the options and felt what we needed would be an investment and we are being proactive. We never felt pressured or rushed at any time. Alan and Jerimiah installed the entire package, they too both were very professional and courteous. We are extremely happy from start to finish. What we purchased was not cheap by any means, but in owning a home you must do whatever is needed to provide safety, comfort, and a reasonable quality of life, especially out here in the IE. I would "Highly" recommend this company.

Right on time as agreed. Jeremy and Daniel set a record time installing an all new Hvac system with new ducts in hours. Very professional and precise! We chilling now! Highly recommend this dynamic duo.

It was absolutely wonderful! A technician came—I apologize profusely, but I can't recall his name—and he was a fantastic professional. He thoroughly checked everything, fixed the issue, and now my air conditioner is working again, keeping our home nice and cool. He truly saved us from the heat! I am so grateful that you exist, and the service didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this company!

After appointment getting pushed back 3 times and no return call from the GM as requested, a technician named Vincent Sambrano came to check out my AC unit. He was absolutely fantastic!!!!! He actually took the time to show and explain the issues and solutions to me. I will definitely request him for my maintenance from now on. Other technicians have come and not very professional (talking and texting) when working. But Vincent was very professional and clean. Thank you!!!

Jelani was very professional in how he explained what our AC unit needed. He communicated everything clearly, including any immediate changes that were necessary, and was great to talk with overall. I would definitely recommend his services again.

I’ve used Right Time on several occasions so I knew exactly who to call when my A/C went out yesterday. They responded immediately and Tim was at my house within an hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had us back up and running in no time. He also gave me his card to call if we had any further questions or issues. First Rate Service!!

The dispatchers were very polite. The technician who arrived was excellent. However, I was routinely misinformed about what time people would arrive, and the first day no one showed up at all.
