I am very pleased with this great company and the service they provide. I have shopped at Home Depot for years and trust them, so found RighTime HVAC services being offered through HD. Upon servicing the Furnace and AC unit this year I was told by the service technician that I may need a new furnace as mine was past its prime by a few years (22 years) and had severe corrosion. From the Service Technician Anthony, to the salesman/project manager JC, to the installers Jeremy and his assistant, I was very happy with the customer service they provided.
Their customer service has been second to none. They do clean professional work. The installer talked me into putting an automatic air scrubber to help keep us all healthy. He provided a tutorial from a iPad that convinced me to go ahead with it. I’m sure it will be a great system for years. Thank you!

The Employee “Jesús Andrade” from Right Time HVAC came to replace the motor for the heater on my HVAC unit. Proudly to say that Jesus Andrade did an awesome job. Cannon had excellent service, patient made understand information when asked. Very professional and explained in details, I enjoyed having the opportunity to see what is going on. Adrian A came out a long way after some morning training and took a look at our water heater that just wasn’t delivering any hot water. He got the pilot light relit and then cycled the leak sensor off/on to close/(re)open the water line. It must have freaked out after some lack of use or recent power failure. We have hot water again. Pleasant and quick and still under warranty. A good day.

Jeremy, Steven, Oscar, and Daniel all did a fantastic job installing my new HVAC system. They made sure I understood the process and confirmed it was to my liking. I got an additional mini split that was installed perfectly. There are some mixed reviews about heat pumps, but I like it so far.

I'm going out of my way to give RighTime the 5-star review it deserves. They replaced our HVAC system a year ago and we asked them to do a tune-up this week. It's so rare to find a company that goes above and beyond. All techs and phone agents have been professional, efficient and very timely and responsive to our needs or requests. Our tech today was Myshera who was very knowledgeable and informative and professional. I've had this same positive experience with all of their staff. It's such a pleasure to work with a company who is on time and gets the job done so efficiently! Highly recommend this company!

I couldn't be more impressed with the team from Rightime Home Services - Steven, Ron, Mohammed, and Oscar! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, respectful, and clearly experts at what they do. They made sure complete HVAC system was installed correctly and safely, walked me through the process, and ensured I understood the next steps moving forward. They also to care of hauling away the old system and left the work area clean and tidy. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to doing the job right and making the customer feel confident and informed.

First Conor Peterson came to do the tuneup I ordered via home depot. He did a good job and explained to me what he found out from the measurement and routine inspection . He recommended me for a leak search at the end to ensure long last system performance.
One day after there was a system shutdown, and his teammate, Louis Alvarenga came to my house today to fix the unit shutdown issue to back up his teammate who is off today. He quickly pinned down it to the water in the backup pan and drainage issue. He cleaned it up and explained to me with what happened and what the solution is. He also recommended me the future maintenance tasks. It shows the team work.
I definitely recommend both Louis and Conor and his team, you can trust.

I called Rightime to service my hot water heater. The technician came out and explained t h e problem i was having with my hot water heater. Based the information collected we decided to replace the control system. The technician replaced the conrol system and flex line, and added a sediment trap to catch the sediment. As of right now everything seems fine. At this moment I have comfort.
