First time getting maintenance on my ac/ heater unit. Jesus was very knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through every step and showed me exactly what to look out for in the long run. I would highly recommend Jesus for any issues with your ac and heating unit.

Enrique was here @ my resident be4....He was very polite. While he was leaving my AC will not turn off, so he fix it right away...I was also concerned about the price of the filter, ....lower it down., still expensive.

I have used this company for a number of years. They have always done excellent work, often making suggestions for improvements but never pressuring me and use technicians that are knowledgeable and friendly.
Per the questions below, the maintenance was part of my annual maintenance fee for a fall furnace tune-up and spring ac tune-up. The $1000+ was the repair work.

We have been customers of Greenstar/Right Time Home services for years, they provide great service. We recently had an issue we needed help with and were put in contact with Espy in their customer service area, she was very, very helpful, called us back immediately. She took care of the issue and gave us a direct number for her if needed in the future. We are very happy with the help we received from her!!

My technician showed up at the time quoted , she was clean and wore shoe covers throughout my home which is a plus . She smells great as well and showed that she knows her job well and did an excellent job servicing my equipment . She will be back when it’s get warmer to service my cooling system in the coming months . Thank you Myshera for a job well done and I’m a completely satisfied customer .

Right time home services came to service my system and from the first handshake to the last handshake goodbye. It was an overall absolutely wonderful experience. The technician was professional, precise, and courteous. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you right time for bringing comfort back to our home.

I was informed by a worker at Home Dwpot about a service special they were offering. Ended up being even less! Mario was very friendly and identified a couple things to keep an eye on, but no real up selling. Straight maintenance/check up.

Showed up a little past the time that was given me. Between 8am and 12pm and thwy showed at 1220. Not a big deal.
Quoted well below rota-rooter. ABOUT HALF THE PRICE ACTUALLY. but still too high to unclog a backyard area drain.

Adrian arrived as per timeframe, diagnose the problem and rectified it within an hour. It was completely finished leaving no mess to be cleaned up. Explain what he had done . He did an excellent job

Fantastic service and no bait switch. Theses guys went over and beyond helping us with plumbing issue from beginning to end. Abraham was our tech. He kept in touch regarding scheduling and was prompt. Nothing negative .

A Representative came to do a scheduled safety inspection of our AC and furnace. He was polite and did his job quickly and went over his work results with both my wife and I. He found no problems with our units, but then advised us of installing surge units for both units in case of a power surge. I told him we would think about it and let the company know if we chose to have them do the work. The problem we have with this is every time they come to do a scheduled maintenance they seem to find something else we need to either protect or upgrade our units. My wife and I feel this is being “pushy”Otherwise we are happy with our purchase.

All excellent! Technician, Christopher came to the house within a couple of hours of my call. And within minutes, he fixed a thermostat issue and then talked me through what all else was possible to both improve heating and save on electrical use; including the vent option i chose. I really appreciate Christopher taking time to explain everything, discussing various options with both me and his supervisor, then making sure the system + newly installed vent were working to my satisfaction before he left. Overall he was very professional, thorough and considerate.

Technician (Christopher) arrived on time and was very pleasant and informative. At my request, he demonstrated how to change the filter so that I can do it myself if needed.
Chrystopher performed maintenance on both the furnace and AC and remediated any issues that he found. This visit was the twice yearly tuneup that I contracted for.
The whole process was easy, pleasant, and took approximately an hour.
