Just another update, they were so good they deserve two 5 star reviews. So Anthony Gould had come out and looked at our system (which somehow had lasted until 2025 even though the original parts were from 1979). While he was able to get it back up and running (miracle worker), he noted the issues with the system, including some severe ones involving the furnace (again it was from 1979). I had asked if we might be able to talk to someone about options for replacing it, as I knew we were on borrowed time and wanted to be proactive. He called in and they were able to get a project manager scheduled same day.
Domenick Alonge came out to see us. Personable, knowledgeable and professional he looked at the system and came up with options for us. He worked hard to get us every available discount he could, he went over every aspect of the installation, price points and worked with us to find an option that would work.
Truthfully, this was a tough prospect for us and the financial aspects of it were daunting, since we had no idea what was going to happen, and we had been dreading this moment for years. But Domenick worked with us every step of the way to find solutions that fit everything we needed: timeframes, monthly payments, the right system for us. I had been dreading needing to replace the system; but thanks to the amazing team at Rightime we will have a brand new system in place TOMORROW!!! Thank you so much to Domenick, Anthony and the whole team at RighTime, I will be recommending you to everyone and I wouldn't go to anyone else for my A/C needs.

I called right time when my A/C was making noise, and even though it was summer they still got someone out to me within 90 minutes. Anthony Gould was the technician and he was AMAZING! Went over everything, all of our options, checked every part of the system. He was courteous, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during what was quite frankly a little bit of a scary time. Thank you so much Rightime Riverside for helping me out, and thank you to Anthony for doing such an incredible job

Excellent, quick service. Everything was explained completely before I spent any money. Very appreciative.
I invested in the maintenance services and they call me when the service is due. I appreciate not having to remember to do this and makes the service very convenient. The technicians have all been very professional and helpful.
For instance, my air intake on my AC/Heating unit is near the ground and I live in the desert with 3 cats. The technician informed me I need to change my filter more often to extend the life of my unit. I also bought an air purifier on the last visit which will eliminate the smaller particles that slip through the filter and any bacteria build up from water sitting in the pipes and developing yuck. Very helpful.
I have so much trust in their good service I have hired them to insulate my garage attic and install a split AC/Heating device to keep the garage cool. I was provided with several payment options and was able to select the financing that best suit my budget.
I have a second house and was given an extremely competitive quote to install an HVAC system. I'm going with them and the new system will be installed this week.
