My pipes backed up, ARS sent Kevin (Field Supervisor) with a plumber to use a camera when another company said it would cost a few hundred to use their camera. Kevin did it free and was able to tell me about the issue in a few minutes, after the other company spent an hour and a half to tell me they needed to send someone else since the first guy couldn't do the job.
