My wall heater stopped working overnight, I called in the morning, the technician was here by 8:30am! He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it! I am very pleased!

Just had ARS/Tarpy out for annual HVAC maintenance. Keith was the nicest, most professional tech I've ever had. He went out of his way to share videos of my attic heat pump, so I could see what he found. I really recommend ARS/Tarpy, especially if you can get any of the old Tarpy employees, they are awesome.

The night before Thanksgiving our toilets stop flushing. Thanksgiving morning I found ARS Rescue Rooter by google search. I called them Thanksgiving morning and luckily they sent out Scott to snake our pipes in hope of clearing what we assumed was a clog. Turns out it wasn’t a clog but the City of SD’s main sewage line was clogged and sewage was backing up into our sewage pipes. If not for Scott’s tireless efforts to drain the sewage, our house would’ve been flooded like our neighbors who unfortunately were flooded. The next day a team from ARS coordinated the efforts with the City of SD to insure the main was cleared saving many houses in the process. Taking the time to explain the process they were all very courteous and professional. We required some additional plumbing upgrades and it was handled by one of the best service technicians I have ever come across. Jose Mora will be my first call on any plumbing issue from now on. His kindness and professionalism went well beyond normal and I highly recommend Jose and the entire crew at ARS.

Ruben was very professional and concise in explaining what needed to be done. He cleared the clog expediently, and did not leave a mess. Ruben was also very friendly and put us at ease. We will ask for him again if we have any future plumbing issues.

Fast efficefficient and professional . Kenny did an extraordinary job in rebuilding my kitchen plumbing. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for any plumbing need. Replaced garbage disposal on the spot. No waiting. A plus for anyone who needs fast service.
