I’m happy to leave my first ever google review for our plumber Eduard K. We had the pleasure of having Ed replace our garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, and the pressure valve in our house. His recommendations were honest, explained the work thoroughly, and price was very reasonable. He was able to complete the work in a short amount of time and did a great job. Ed was courteous and personable, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reputable technician!

Very satisfied with ARS/Rescue Rooter. On a Saturday night, I discovered my water heater was leaking badly and the pipes needed to be replaced as well. I booked online with ARS immediately. Sunday morning, Ed, a very friendly and knowledgeable technician, came out and assessed and replaced my water heater and piping. He went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. The price was a bit expensive, but I believe the service and communication were top notch, and I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you again Ed!

Excellent, prompt service. Wish I had used them from the get go rather than the horrible company my home warranty company recommended that I ultimately fired for bad service. Will use them again in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.

I was overwhelmed with everything and didn’t know what to do. Jo Mora stopped and with a smile said take a breath. We’ll get it all fixed and we’ll talk it through as we go. Everything will be ok. And it was. He was so kind and understanding as well as professional, knowledgeable. I will recommend Jo and his fantastic coworkers that truly care about the people in this community. Their actions have proven that. Thank you Jo for fixing my plumbing problem and showing me that community means something to you.

The plumbing service I received from ARS was exceptional. The job was completed within 24 hours of my service request. My plumber, Kenny Washington, was both competent and respectful to me. I will call ARS the next time I need work done.

Great folks to deal with ! I had an emergency and couldn’t get my regular plumbers to show up but ARS was here within a few hours.

ARS snaked and scoped my blocked sewer line. Unfortunately for me they found my main sewer pipe separating from the city clay pipe. They are giving me a bid to repair. I found the ARS plumbers to be professional and knowledgeable. They took time to fully explain the situation and did clear the blockage.

My wall heater stopped working overnight, I called in the morning, the technician was here by 8:30am! He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it! I am very pleased!

Just had ARS/Tarpy out for annual HVAC maintenance. Keith was the nicest, most professional tech I've ever had. He went out of his way to share videos of my attic heat pump, so I could see what he found. I really recommend ARS/Tarpy, especially if you can get any of the old Tarpy employees, they are awesome.

Service man Xzavia is very professional, efficient, my laundry line was backup, so I called for service; he came on time, and found out the problem was from main drain line clogged, so my main line was backup, he did the clean through the toilet, he did an excellent job, and keep the restroom clean, solved my problem immediately.
