We had our whole house repiped very efficiently, however the technicians forgot to turn on the washer valve and connect the hot water dispenser. After calling customer service, a worker was sent out within 24 hours. He remedied the issues quickly and expertly. I would highly recommend this company!

Monte Sally is the technician who responded to our house to address our plumbing issue. He was very knowledgeable and communicated well in regards to a fix. He was also considerate of our questions and explained everything in detail. He worked quickly and cleaned up everything when he finished. He pointed out potential future problems and prepared a quote in case those arose. We are really pleased to have met him and if a plumbing need should come up in the future, we will ask for him.
