Rescue Rooter was subcontracted by Repipe Specialists to perform our whole house repipe. I'm very happy with the work from Al and his team. They took the time to walk me through their plan, taking care to minimize the number of holes they needed to cut, and verifying decisions with me throughout the 2 days. When a last minute issue came up at the end of the job, they took the time to properly address it despite it adding more hours to their already long days. The city inspector was also impressed by their work, pointing out areas where they went above and beyond what he typically sees. I highly recommend them!

Cody arrived on time and after introductions he went right to work. He tried several different methods to solve the problem and much to my satisfaction he did. You're lucky to have such a fine employee. I'm a happy camper!!!

Eddy was very cordial and showed up at 9am. Repair done in about 1 hour. Very expensive for 1 hour work and pipe replacement!

Joseph and his team were great to work with. They were careful and took care not to do unnecessary damage to the front lawn. It was a stressful situation but they communicated every step of the way and put me at ease. It started raining and they took every precaution to do the job well. It didn't change their timeline. I would gladly work with Joseph again.

Rescue Rooter is prompt and professional. The servicemen evaluated the pump and explained the problem. Alex gave me each option/degree of repair and length of time I could expect as a result. He was able to fix it. I didn't have to wait. I'm satisfied with this company and they will be my first call from now on for service.

We had our whole house repiped very efficiently, however the technicians forgot to turn on the washer valve and connect the hot water dispenser. After calling customer service, a worker was sent out within 24 hours. He remedied the issues quickly and expertly. I would highly recommend this company!

Monte Sally is the technician who responded to our house to address our plumbing issue. He was very knowledgeable and communicated well in regards to a fix. He was also considerate of our questions and explained everything in detail. He worked quickly and cleaned up everything when he finished. He pointed out potential future problems and prepared a quote in case those arose. We are really pleased to have met him and if a plumbing need should come up in the future, we will ask for him. A big thanks to him!

Alex is the best, and there is none better.
We had a gas worry and situation with major concerns lingering over from a previous appointment from a day ago.
Alex showed up within an hour and carefully reviewed, inspected and resolved everything within a great time frame while explaining everything technical in a resolving manner, putting us at ease that we weren't in danger.
He carefully inspected everything with our water heater with highly professional and expert technical methods to ensure there were no lingering gas concerns.
Thank you Alex and ARS Rescue Rooter, you all are the BEST and there is none better.
Highly recommend ARS RR and Alex over all competitors in region.
