Alex is the best, and there is none better.
We had a gas worry and situation with major concerns lingering over from a previous appointment from a day ago.
Alex showed up within an hour and carefully reviewed, inspected and resolved everything within a great time frame while explaining everything technical in a resolving manner, putting us at ease that we weren't in danger.
He carefully inspected everything with our water heater with highly professional and expert technical methods to ensure there were no lingering gas concerns.
Thank you Alex and ARS Rescue Rooter, you all are the BEST and there is none better.
Highly recommend ARS RR and Alex over all competitors in region.

Entire system backed up and spraying water into basement. Really a nightmare. I tried to do laundry and water wouldn't drain. Nick did a great job and was really good at explaining the problem. Everything is back in order. Rescue Rooter was a great call.

Dennis P. provided excellent, professional and speedy service relieving us of a blocked kitchen drain which was causing back up in a shower drain. Accurate diagnosis and resolution of that problem along with replacing a leaky faucet and servicing the hot water tank. He was upfront about costs and provided options at different price points. In addition to the repairs, I appreciate his hard work, punctuality and communication.

called again on 1/1 water was pouring out again. Tre fixed the problem but it broken again. When the technicians replaced the PVC fitting it was tighten to tight causing it to crack. John came out replaced with brass fittings and have had no more issues. John took the time and showed me the fittings and how he made the repairs.

Cory was very quick getting to us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was happening and did his best to verify he was right by digging for the lid to the septic tank. He was awesome even though he could not fix the problem.

My experience was great. Had a tech Alex show up an hour after I called these folks, he did an assessment and walked me through what he thought was going on and the right people to reach for the next, non-plumbing step.

The tech (Devin C) was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable , he got our pilot light going, unfortunately it went out later that night, no fault of the tech. He gave us quotes to replace our 20 yr old tank and the wife and I have decided it’s a good deal and plan on doing just that.

Devin was really helpful and informative! We’ve been having issues with our drains backing up. After checking everything out, he explained everything to my husband and pointed us towards a septic company who could fix the problem. He didn’t even charge us for the visit and the weather was horrific. Definitely will use them again!

The technician Cody professionally assessed the problem and laid out a few options for how To proceed. There were no aggressive sales tactics, and I appreciated his help with Talking through the problem, and ultimately determining that no intervention was needed at this time. Would recommend their services!
