Marcio M. of Rescue Rooter did a great job of installing a cleanout pipe for our sewer line. He was prompt, courteous and polite. He was very careful to protect our plants and landscaping during the required digging. I highly recommend Marcio M. and the Rescue Rooter company for your plumbing requirements.

He was very knowledgeable and every question that we had he had an answer for it. He was neat and tidy and cleaned everything up better than it had been before. I would definitely have him work in my house again.

We had a mainline backup, so I called the first number that popped up in my search. Rescue Rooter quickly answered the phone and 45 minutes later Cody was at my house. Cody was professional and clearly communicated every step of the process. I was amazing at the level of service and fair prices. Cody solved the problem and my bill was absolutely reasonable (which I didn’t expect given past experiences with other plumbing services). I will be calling Rescue Rooter from here on out. Thanks Cody!

Prompt response on a Sunday! Cody was great! He fixed the leak & cleaned up area nicely when job finished. Gave us a quote for system replacement as well Would highly recommend Rescue Rooters!

Trey and Bryce were knowledgeable and innovative in figuring out and implementing solutions for our challenging plumbing issues, that on their face looked simple, but turned out to be a bit of a nightmare, as more and more substandard plumbing original to the house was revealed. Owner Martin worked with them to structure a financing option for us and was incredibly generous in the quote. All three were kind and truly lovely people and are undoubtedly experts in their craft. We're very grateful and are Rescue Rooter customers for life.

The receptionist that answered my call when I was dealing with a plumbing emergency was reassuring and had helpful information. The plumber was able to come out the same day, solve the problem and was explained why this situation had happened. I was very satisfied and grateful!

Rescue Rooter came to give us a free estimate for replacement of our main water line pressure regulator valve. Cody Secrest was very professional and personable. He explained all of our options and was prepared to perform the repair tomorrow. Unfortunately, the price was higher than we expected so we’re going to shop around a little more. If we don’t find a lower price I would be very comfortable having Cody Secrest and Rescue Rooter perform our repair.
