We had an urgent plumbing issue from the moment we called they were great! They were able to come out same day and help us. The technician Dennis was great, very knowledgeable and very friendly. He fixed the issue and gave us advice on ways to avoid the issue in the future and went above and beyond to help us. Overall great experience and will be using them again

Presscott Jackson came to our home and took care of a bursted pipe problem behind our bathtub. The pipe decided to burst at 4AM (Yikes!)
He explained things in detail and gave us several options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Davin did an excellent job pressure water forced jetting inside sewer clay tube. I have seen the camera and it is clean. I saw a sample of the opened clay pipe prior to jetting. I thank you for your excellent job.

John Vick is the best plumber I have had for any of my many projects that have needed plumbing services. He totally cares about the quality of the work he does and I appreciate him tremendously and have confidence in his work and also in his reliability and responsiveness. 3-4-5 items that needed plumbing attention had built up in my home. My son paid a visit and gave me 'a ration' about getting them fixed. I called Rescue Rooter, a company I've always used in the past and had great experiences with. And once again they hit it out of the park. The plumber's name is Giovanni (tip: request him - he's awesome, and fair) and he diagnosed and repaired everything! No muss, no fuss. And one of the items, a problem kitchen hot water flow issue, had been tackled by other plumbers with zero success.
The price was very fair, the work was done well and faster than I expected and Giovanni was great. Go them.

Quick turn-around on a garbage disposal repair turned replacement. Prescott was on-time, explained every option and cost in a thoughtful manner and completed the work quickly and cleanly. At every interaction it was clear Prescott cared about the customer’s experience and that the fully understood what work was necessary and what all of their options were. Would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Rescue Rooter. They were on-time, reasonably priced and were able to identify the cause of our slow draining sewer line and remedy the problem. We recommend them to anyone having the same or similar issue. You won't be disappointed.

Trey was personable, fast and fixed the problem. I was nervous after a $4,000.00 scam by another plumbing company and he eased my fears.

Cody was our plumber and he was at our house for three days straight trying to clear our kitchen sink drain. He listen to our issues inspected the area and Provided us with options. We chose the option and he proceeded to clear the drain with the snake. The first night he was at our house until almost 10 PM. When that didn’t clear he proceeded with the second option but it will be the next day. He came the next day and proceeded with trying to clear our drain with the Hydro jet. Again, he was here until in the evening which he tried and couldn’t clear the drain. He came back the next day on day three with a new hose, hoping that will clear the drain, but unfortunately it didn’t so he proceeded with another option by cutting our wall to expose the pipe and cut the pipe in order to insert a clean out, and he proceeded with the Hydro jet again finally, the drain cleared. Cody was very patient and understanding and care about the situation what our family is going through and he wasn’t going to give up on us. Our family want to thank Cody and the rescue router for rescuing our family. And appreciate your hard late hours and dedication . Thank you

I had water emergency and called in a panic. They were calm, helpful, and worked with me to get a plumber to my home as quickly as possible. Although there was a 4 hour window to wait, a plumber was at my home within 30min. He fixed my issue quickly and professionally. Lesson learned…. If you aren’t a plumber, don’t try diy plumbing jobs.

Rescue Rooter responded promptly to an urgent need to diagnose and repair our master bath toilet, which had been plugged up by the accidental flushing of a toilet wand cleaning pad. The technician, David Hunt, showed up on time, was polite and helpful, and was able to unplug our toilet using an augur cable. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He deserves a high rating.

I'm so grateful that Rescue Rooter was able to come out the same day, within a couple of hours of placing my call, to replace my broken, leaking hot water tank! I noticed it on Friday morning and the other places I called couldn't make it out until Monday. Giovanni couldn't have been any nicer, helpful and professional.

Rescue Rooter has very professional employees from the initial person who gives a bid, to the actual fix it people. They had to leave a hole open and covered it with plywood plus a cover over that. There were some circumstances beyond their control and they took care of them quickly. This is the third time we have needed to have a water leak fixed and we always go back to them.
