Cody came to help my clients determine if there is an active leak. He was VERY knowledgeable and went above and beyond. In addition to being highly knowledgeable, he was punctual, personable and helped educate me and my clients on many things. I would highly recommend him, and I will be requesting him specifically when I call the company for assistance with a plumbing upgrade at my house.

Rescue Rooter, came out to replace my hot water tanka and give me a quote. Dennis the technician, was awesome. He even adjusted the price a little on some items and threw in fixing my front faucet, which included having to go under the house in the crawl space to do the work. He did an excellent job, was very friendly and respectful and very helpful. He answered all my questions. He was very fair in everything he did. I would highly recommend him and Rescue Rooter again.

It was easy to schedule a plumber to come to repair our toilet. Monty was very professional and explained to me exactly what the problems were with my toilet and why it was leaking. He was quick and made the repairs for a fair price! I will definitely use ARS plumbing again. I highly recommend them!!

The Technician was well informed and offered me several options to fix my leaky faucet. As the faucet was older, I selected a new one. The new faucet went smoothly into the sink, the kitchen was cleaned up of the repair debris, and he once again went over the warrantee for his repair.

Nick was excellent, he fixed the job, he showed me other damage under my house that was not something he could cover (so he was not upselling) and made recommendation to get it fix. He was respectful of my hardwood floors by putting on shoe covers without asking He was prompt and polite.

What a great job. The service was outstanding and professional. He was knowledgeable and know what the problem was and fixed it with speed and efficiency a job well done. He cleaned up after himself. Plumbing jobs are messy and he took great care not to make things any more messy. His professionalism mannerisms has helped me out on a hot and hummed day. Again thank you for a job well done.

We received a quote to replace a cartdridge in a dripping shower. It turned out they could not get the right piece (old shower) so they could not honor the quote. They should have known in advance whether the piece could be found!
